Manford Park

Manfred Heights is an established family-centered neighborhood in Davison. Located off of M15/State Road, it is behind the Salvation Army store, Rite Aid and Walgreens on South Stae Road and is conveniently located near Davison Sr. High School and several elementary schools. It's within walking distance of the Hahn middle school.

The majority of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1950s and feature mid century architectural design. Homes located in the back of the neighborhood were built between the 1980s up through the early 2000s, although there is a home built in the mid 2010s.

The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented, although there are a number of residents who have lived in the neighborhood 30+ years.

The neighborhood has been considered a demand area for decades, presently for its affordably priced homes in the front of the neighborhood and its larger but still reasonably priced homes in the back of the neighborhood. It's safe, quiet, and generally well maintained.

The neighborhood provides a safe and popular area for walking.

There is a city park located at the end of Manford Circle that has swings, a slide, and other things for children to play on. There's a baseball/softball field that is fairly popular for practices and a wooded area with walking trails, although the trails are no longer well maintained. The city's water treatment facility is located in the wooded area.
