Excellent Home cooked meals, with generous helpings. Worth every dollar spent there. Great staff and always gracious.

First time my husband and I have been to this restaurant. We are not from that area and had to travel to Flint for a doctor's appointment. We have heard how great this restaurant was and known for it's awesome food and menu. Will definitely be back again!!!

The dining experience was delightful. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing. My wife had the fried chicken and I had the country fries steak. Both dishes did not disappoint and the portion was huge. The staff made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Grandma’s Recipe you won’t be disappointed.

This was the first time I've tried this place. I have heard a lot of good things about this place, and I was not disappointed at all. Theresa was my waitress and she was the best. Super friendly, upbeat, and attentive. She was making sure everybody always had everything that they needed, that they were satisfied with their food, and thanking everybody. Best service I have had in a while. The food was equally as good. I will definitely be back.

Took my dad, daughter and grand daughter for lunch today. The food is fantastic and our waitress was wonderful! Will definitely be back many times. Forgot to mention… food is awesome and the price is great!

Flint staple. Great comfort food, reasonable prices, friendly service, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended the chicken tenders, and the meatloaf special and stuffed pepper soup when they have them.

Love this place! Went to breakfast here for a first time visit and I have no complaints. The food is great, service is great and I cannot wait to come back and try some of the food that was being served elsewhere in the restroom since it looked SO tasty! Highly recommend!

Half of a fried chicken with fries, salad, soup, green beans, and bread for $13 and everything was delicious.

The warmth is without compare to any restaurant I’ve ever been to before. You really feel like you are stepping into a family members home. The waitstaff support this description as they treat you with care and talk to you with a friendly familiarity. With recent years of forced distance between strangers it’s truly heartwarming to feel a sense of community and wholesome love in a place I’ve never been to before.

The mozzarella sticks are delicate and soft. Sauce bountiful in flavor. I saved the leftovers for my omelette. An Irish omelette to be exact. Eggs perfectly cooked corn beef salty and savory. A generous portion to be sure and each bite a mouth watering morsel.

I don’t go to Flint often, but I will undoubtedly make a point to return here every time I do!

I absolutely love eating here! Their country fried steak is delicious, and my go to! My bf ordered the Hot Roast Beef w/mashed potatoes.. I took a bite, and it was amazing too!! The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is comforting. I definitely recommend eating at Grandma's Recipes!

Ordered ahead for the fried chicken dinner, which comes with choice of potato, soup, vegetable, salad, bread. Husband has an order of fried mushrooms (Portobello's, the size of a small apple), has a lot to take home as there's way to much to eat in one setting. Our server was amazing and on top of her game ! (Picture order menu, chicken dinner and mushrooms with 2 ranch dressing missing 2 mushrooms that had been ate....lol Go get ya some !!!

I'm going to Grandma's for years at least 15 years Never Have I ever had a bad meal there never have I ever had a bad experience with waitstaff the atmosphere is absolutely awesome I love that place I mean if it actually feels like I'm at Grandma's house you guys keep up the good work. ♥

Best chicken noodle soup around. The food here is always so good and the waitresses are always so sweet. I love coming here. Breakfast is always yummy too.

This place is the best.i was full before my food came.i ate the soup and cottage cheese.it was so good. Got the chicken strips. Wow so good.going to take them home have them tonight for dinner.. probably enough for me and my husband..great prices too.

I love this place they have amazing food and the customer service is always super nice and I love how it’s like an old-fashioned vibe I’d definitely go there again!

We eat here at least 3 times a week, the biscuits and gravy is the best! The bacon burgers satisfy us all, and the people who work there are just all around admirable. Thank you for all of your hospitality and the great food!

Was busy so I understand the wait but everything else was great mushrooms are the best here hands down
