It was a pleasant experience buying my new phone from Dalton M with Verizon. Dalton was very helpful and patient in transferring data to my new phone. I certainly appreciated his expertise in navigating through the billing process, monthly data charges and phone payments. Dalton has a great personality working with the public and an asset to Verizon.

Chantel was an excellent representative of Verizon customer service. She was friendly, yet professional. She was very knowledgeable of the IPhone 15 I purchased and thoroughly explained all the new features. She listened to my concerns and helped me look over all my apps to ensure they transferred from my old phone correctly. Overall, it was a most pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Chantel at the Verizon store in Menominee, MI if they are in need of a new phone!

I have had interactions with Dalton three times now, each time he has left me impressed with his ability to solve issues and sell me new products. Dalton has vast knowledge and is highly professional. The next time I need Help from a Verizon store, I hope Dalton is still employed in menomonee Michigan.

Stopped on my break and asked about the Black Friday Deal. Told me it was too good of a deal not to pass up . Came back an hour later. Phone, iPad & watch were all set up to go. Happy with the fast service.
