Ready To Ride Transportation

What great service for my 1st time using it for medical appointments. They where on time with good communication with the client. I appreciate what you guys do for city of Mankato. Your a reliable transportation provider. Also the cars are very clean. One thing I do recommend is getting air fresheners.

Very unprofessional and cancels rides last minute tells insurance company that they’ll take the ride and then calls the customer and says they can’t do it raise his voice with customers unless it’s just with women would not recommend this company at all. If you want reliable transportation, tell your insurance company absolutely not go with somebody else. A lot of bad experiences with this company. Will not use again. CJ is abusive and unprofessional.

Driver's are unprofessional, there are driver's with whiskey plates on company vehicles, driver's speed in excessive of 15mph as well as text and drive. One driver lives in the car and picks customers up with his dog. Unprofessional, there are other medical transportation companies I recommend using.

I call everytime for a pickup time since nobody calls me. The guy that answers is very disrespectful n very rude n cops an attitude n complains the whole time.

They were contracted through my work comp insurance to bring meto hospital for surgery, pick up from surgery and to and from PT appointments. They were a no show for getting to surgery and getting home. First PT appointment yesterday they a no show. They told my care coordinater that they would call me for directions. Still haven't heard from them. I don't get to choose my ride, otherwise I wouldnt go with them.

No show! Not even a call to explain why, had to cancel my kids dentist appointment at last minute. Unprofessional.

Showed up 4 hours late, called and left multiple voicemails and never received a call back.
