Knollwood Memorial Park

I had an excellent experience with Heath at Knollwood! He was very accommodating and understood my dilemma of not living in close proximity to the cemetery. Heath went the extra mile to navigate arrangements that would help me. He is dedicated to his job of being present for families at a most difficult time. Because of Heath I would highly recommend the services he offers at Knollwood.

The ceiling by the vault my husband bought has water damage. The chandelier by it is broken. It was a disappointment not to put flowers out by mother for Mother’s Day.

On a positive note, for one part, it would be the guy who works there, Heath. He answered all my questions, and was friendly and approachable.

My family can’t thank Heath P. ( @ Knowllwood Memorial Park)enough for his professional service and absolute kindness in planning my mom’s funeral.
Heath was there for us every step of the way and he went above and beyond for which we will be forever grateful.

Corporate greed. You pay 2-3 times more here than anywhere else. They will leave your loved one sitting for weeks because they don’t have time to dig a grave then charge you thousands more than any other place around. It’s too bad the plot was purchased 30+ years ago or we would have chose somewhere else. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and they know you aren’t going anywhere else so they charge you whatever they want. They aren’t the same cemetery as they were years ago. Save your loved ones some grief and buy a plot elsewhere.

Am in the process of dealing with the death of my mother. This cemetery and the manager heath especially have been nothing but terrible. Given sorry excuses why you can’t open up a grave. Dragging the family down for weeks waiting to simply bury my mother. Your running a cemetery. Not a cash cow to swindle grieving families.. and fire this manager heath!!

Very difficult to work with. Does not answer phone, return phone calls or send promised emails. We have been dealing with Heath. He is unable to honor a contract that was paid for and deeded. He says "that was before my time". We have a deed. They have no honor.

I hope you like you swim if you are being buried at this cemetery because you will spend the rest of time underwater!!
