Panera Bread

This place has been top notch since I worked here at 16. Now I'm 33🤤 and it's still just as good as it was back then. You pick two is the best, the soups are all great and sandwiches are too! Don't forget the dessert 🍪highly recommend

A peaceful place, smiling attendants, delicious food, pastry and bread. The music at the background is soft and relaxing. It is a clean restaurant. Parking is plenty. Restrooms are clean. It is very busy at lunch time. Soba noodle and edemame blend is the favorite, bread is good, soup is delicious. I recommend this place.

I love Panera at the Lakewood, New York location. Clean. Friendly. Organized. Delicious options. Pick 2 is always a favorite. Love the soups. Try a bowl while your at it. Healthy options for the conscientious eater.

I was served frozen chicken on my salad. It was like chewing a piece of ice, but the ice wrapped around my teeth and unleashed a chill to my core. It was unpleasant. But, the team made it right and made sure to provide a pleasant experience.

I really love Panera and this one is no exception. The staff was all very polite and helpful. I love that you can order without talking to anyone, if you don't want too! The little screens are super neat. Food was delicious. Update, I tried one of the new bowl meals, this is a Mediterranean bowl. It is to die for. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

My issue is the menu. They list the sandwich names but not the contents. On this trip I ordered a sandwich only to find it was drenched on 1000 island dressing. Had that been listed on the menu, I wouldn't have spent my time scraping off the unwanted condiment. It's not reasonable to be at the counter asking what each sandwich is comprised of. Beyond that, it was good food, very clean, and the cashier was extra friendly.

Place is the holy grail of fresh food and amazing taste. Workers are super friendly and food is off rhw charts good and alot healthier for you then the fast food.

Thanks for the lovely lunch today! Stopped here for a quick lunch while driving through on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our ginger hibiscus tea and frontega chicken panini! We enjoyed our lunch on the dog friendly patio. The staff here was delightful and exceeded my expectations! It's very comforting to know that no matter what Panera you go to, you will receive great customer service and delicious food!

I just saw one of your commercials on the TV about how your company donates over 80 million pieces of bread a year to food banks and I just had to leave a review and tell you how amazing it is that you do that! It's nice to see when such a big company does something to help a good cause without expecting anything in return! So just want to say thank you for helping those that need it! ❤ I'm sure they all feel blessed to have your support.

I travel all over the state but visit Panera more often than any other chain. This Elmira Panera is far superior to the other Panera Bread locations for so many reasons. The service cannot be beat and visibly starts with the management, John, Pat, Chandler and Christine who can always be found right down in the thick of things engaging fully with their crew and customers alike from opening hour to rush hour to closing hour. I have never had a bad experience while they're working, which seems to be always. The staff are incredible at this store even without management, which is a great testament to their training and atmosphere of their working environment. I have grown to befriend most of these people from my daily visits and look forward to interacting with them which is unique when you consider that restaurants and cafes of any sort can become boring after you've grown accustomed to the food and drink but I have religiously frequented this location for years on a daily basis long after the food became boring. It's the modern day real life version of the cafe in the sitcom "Friends". Staff shoutouts at the Elmira store (and I'm sorry for those I miss) Sara, Christian, Kara, Marie, Jack/John Jr. and the 2 older female cashiers(older, not old) that always keep me laughing and engaged so much that I miss their name tags. I know their are many I'm not remembering right now that have been a critical part of my experience but it's 5am and I know this won't be the only opportunity I have to sing their praises. PLEASE, if you get the chance spend some time in this location and see the difference, I've been to so many of them and this is really the only location that gets it right 100% of the time and offers an experience you're not going to find at the other stores, yet. Delicious breakfast sandwich- great with always getting order correct

They have good food, lots of healthy options, and good drinks too. I had one of their cold premade teas and it was delicious--not too sweet at all. It is clean, cozy and a nice environment. The workers there seem to be happy to work there. Good business hours, too!

Not only good food but also the wonderful staff. I left my purse at that store and I was on vacation. I call them and came back after 4 days..my purse was kept safely.

LOVE! My friend and I ordered in the tablet to skip the very long line! Ordering was so easy and I'd definitely use the tablet again! Food is always delicious! I tried their mac & cheese for the first time, and really liked it!

We originally went to Popeyes (but left after being ridiculed by staff after asking about ingredients). Panera was a breath of fresh air, the staff was kind and welcoming, and very considerate of our dietary/allergy questions. Also the food was very delicious we will absolutely go back to dine. Thank you Panera!!!

I absolutely love this place. Fresh, belly filling food..
I usually get a serving of mac and cheese and the chicken grilled sandwich without the chicken, a tea with anti oxidants and I'm good to go.
The food served is warm and so fresh.
I love the tomato soup in a bread bowl which is out of the world. The bread from soup is hard and delicious.
All in all this is one of my favorite places to hop in to..!

The food is healthy, fresh and yummy. Service is great and everyone is friendly. Cost wise it about $15 to $20 for a meal and a drink for a guy. It can get busy during the weekend meal times
