Awesome response time and service from Plumb Rite! Brandon did a great job diagnosing and fixing my plumbing issues. He also was thorough in his clean up and answered all my questions regarding maintenance and future projects. Jen did a great job communicating the schedule and was very responsive. I won't hesitate to utilize their services in the future and recommend them to anyone in the Mankato area.

They replaced our water heater, installed a whole house water filtration system. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Very nice and easy to work with.

We've been needing our Toilet replaced FOREVER, we were having the hardest finding an affordable plumber who answered. Plumb-rite answered, estimated and by luck was able to replace within the week. Definitely recommend.

I was really impressed with their response time. I message them online and the next day Brandon was at my place and was able to install a new water heater the same day. On Sunday I had a leaky pipe and I left a voice-mail Jen called me back in 10 min and had Brandon to my house in 20 min. They were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and will also call in the future if i have plumbing issues.

We needed some work done so we could get a new water meter installed. First of all I love that this company ACTUALLY is responsive via email! A few issues were found and Brandon was very honest about what work MIGHT need to be done. When he accessed the outside waterline and saw what was on the city's side, he recommended I did NOT get the extra work done as planned. Since he was in contact with the city he was able to do the water meter installation as well which was very convenient for us. Pricing was fair. The communication the whole time was great. They were also very patient with payment since we were waiting on insurance things. Funny tidbit, Brandon must have accidentally brought in a little mud and got it on our carpet (we didn't mind, it happens!)... He came back inside and cleaned it up with his own supplies. Let's just say the last plumbing company from a big job a few years ago didn't do that at all during their 2 week job, and we had a mess to clean up afterwards. The little details like that are really appreciated! Thank you guys!

Plumb-Rite Plumbing, hands down, is the best plumber in the greater Mankato area - probably all of south central Minnesota! They came to our house to discuss our short-term and long-term plumbing and renovation projects; they made excellent recommendations on where we should start and what items to complete first; and, their work is exceptional. Excellent service, very professional, easy to work with, and at a decent price. I called on a Monday morning and they were out by noon to replace a faucet and do some supply line work. I would highly recommend!

Brandon and Jen were great to work with to upgrade our pipe from cast iron to pvc as well as made sure our toilets were properly seated. They were also great at pointing out where other issues were and recommending fixes rather than having it be a future problem. Highly recommend their work!

Plumb-Rite was recommended to us and we can see why! Brandon arrived right on time, assessed our emergency situation and explained our options. I am new to the area and am very glad I found Brandon and Jen of Plumb-Rite. The were available almost immediately to disconnect my current plumbing when I was renovating my bathroom. They are very easy to work with and are extremely flexible and again came in a very timely manner to reconnect. Brandon is not only knowledgeable, but very efficient and left my place clean when he finished the job. Jen even made a special trip to my house to deliver a part my installer needed. Highly recommend.

I had water leak in the garage ceiling connected to a bathtub. I called Plumb-Rite and Brandon came to take a look at it. He said there is no issue with bathtub and pipes, but suspected there might be a different reason for the leak. To have professional opinion, he invited a contractor, Blake. They together examined the problem and explained to me what may have caused the leak (Great team-work). Both of them were very professional and prompt. This is my second time of using Plumb-Rite and I am very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend the Plumb-Rite Plumbing for anyone who wants to get quality plumbing services.

Update: Once again, I utilized the services of Plumb-Rite Plumbing and was extremely satisfied with the results. Brandon replaced my water heater and shower with expertise, arriving on time for the appointment and executing the installation flawlessly.

This family owned business offers excellent service. They are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and go above and beyond that of others in the industry.

We've lived in our home for 16+ years and have used a number of other plumbers for various things throughout those years. I've used a number of different plumbers throughout those years because of the varying levels of service I received. I needed a cast iron pipe fixed and after a few calls it was Jen who said they could be out later that same day. Brandon came and repaired the pipe but also ended up cleaning the pipe as well because of how clogged it was. He was very helpful in suggesting ways to maintain them and keeping the pipes clean naturally. I found this to be very helpful considering he wasn't trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. We were working through a bathroom remodel next and it was Plumb-Rite that I called to provide me a quote on getting a drain moved. Brandon's quote was fair and on point. I called them to schedule the job and Brandon again did a great job getting the job done timely. I again called them to install the shower pan and set the drain. During that process I had decided to have Brandon just install and set the entire shower since he was here. He was more than happy to do so and did a great job. He made it look effortless and what would have taken me a few hours to knock out. He did in no time. I will definitely recommend Plumb-Rite Plumbing to anyone and everyone. My water heater went out over a weekend got a hold of Plumb-Rite and Jen got back to me in a timely matter. Told her what I needed and gave me an estimate. Scheduled an appointment for Monday at noon and Brandon was here. Very nice introduced himself got right to the job. Better yet he explained things to me that I did not know after he got done. But hopefully it will be a long time before I need a new one. But did a great job! Thanks Plumb-Rite!

Wonderful. Helped me out on a few projects. Drain lines, new kitchen sink gooseneck faucet, water lines, new dual utility sink, faucet with hose connect, crossover drain kit with main line snake access. I am so glad I found a family business like Plumb-Rite.

Very quick response. Came out after hours when our water heater stopped working and started leaking and we really needed hot water in the morning. Was very efficient and had a new water heater installed quickly and we had hot water within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional service.

Had a tub with a broken drain assembly that was inaccessible due to a metal crosspiece. They came out the next day and took care of everything. Brandon was very professional and very friendly. We are really happy with the new parts he installed and the whole process. What could have been a major headache was made simple by Plumb-Rite.
