Customer service there is exceptional!! I've always been greeted upon entering, treated appropriately, kindly, and shown patience. This is one place that I don't dread coming to. That's saying a lot in today's world.

Jamal and TJ were very helpful. I needed labels and the were eager to assist me. They didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience or a bother because I had five packages to send. Highly professional, super friendly and kind. Thank you so much.

Angie was wonderful about greeting guests (even though the store was very busy) and was so friendly and efficient. I appreciated her efforts!

I have nothing but good things to say about this UPS office. I have been a Box holder here for quite a few years and that's for a reason. The customer service here is one of the best I have experienced at any UPS office I have been to. They seem to genuinely care and work hard to get your packages delivered to you or shipped out properly. Faces have changed through the years but who ever trains the new team members does a great job because they all seem to have the same level of outstanding customer service. I say all of this genuinely because I feel like they really go above and beyond. Especially Angie. She has been there the longest and she has helped fix issues that have arrived, made sure everything runs as it should. She is the best in my opnion. If you need things shipped or delivered I would highly recommend using this office!

My family has used this store for much more than just shipping. They have handled our faxes, printing jobs and notary services, as well. Angie and her staff always go above and beyond for us. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus, this store has the best greeting cards around.

I frequent this store regularly and have always been extremely satisfied. Today I had some pkgs to go out and did not have shipping labels or containers, Kris worked with me to come up with the optimized packaging to lower my cost. Great customer service!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store and the alllll the people who work at this store. Can't remember all the names of the employees but your all great! Angie is awesome. Hands down. She always responds back to me if she misses my call, bc she is busy helping other customers. Helps me over the phone with any issues. Everyone here is great. Never had any issues. I went in earlier and had an urgent request. The store was packed, but Bruce was able to help me out of a jam and got me sorted out quick. Can’t thank the crew at UPS enough.
