I had to hang out while my windshield was being replaced. The men working were friendly and efficient with their time. The waiting room has no frills but the chairs aren't bad. Setting up an appointment was easy and they communicate regularly through text. They did a nice job on my replacement windshield, no complaints.

2 ND time replacing this car windshield and no problems at all, from scheduling to install all went well, even a call to let us know when they were on the way.

Fast, precise work. Evrtyone was professional and courteous. They updated me by text to let me know time car would be done.

Guy with the tattoos was very nice. Only took them 1 hour to put a new windshield on my car.

I was able to put my request in online, they came out to my work and replaced my windshield in a professional, timely manner! They put new wiper blades on for me and I was good to go! Highly recommend!

Very nice and professional.
I went in to get my windshield replaced and all the safety features recalibrated along with it, i was expecting it to only take half an hour but they told me it could take an hour and half to two hours. I was okay with sitting there and waiting the whole time but they said they'd do their best to get it done sooner, which they did. I was in and out in a little less than an hour and could go on with the rest of my day.

Plus the waiting area had the office playing on the TV so that helped make the time go by faster!

I would highly recommend them.

I was more than happy with the work Scott did on my truck. He did a great job of giving me an estimate on how long it would take to replace my windshield and then got it done an hour sooner than he originally said. Great work by everyone at this location. I will definitely be coming back if needed and recommending to others.

I brought my vehicle in to replace a cracked windshield. 11am appointment. The gentleman at the counter took my keys, pointed out the coffee station, and told me which restaurants were nearby in case I wanted to have lunch while I waited. He also offered to turn on the TV and asked if I wanted my wiper blades replaced. He said it could take an hour an a half to replace my windshield, but it often took less.

The waiting room was comfortable and clean, with public rest rooms. Fifty minutes later, another fellow brought my receipt, briefly explained it. and informed me that my vehicle would be along in a short while. Fifteen minutes after that I was driving away with an impossibly clear new windshield.

Everyone I talked with was helpful and professional. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. I have no complaints. I'll come back here next time I need a new windshield, but hopefully that won't be anytime soon.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Safelite. Greg called me the night before to give me information on how to make sure my insurance was verified before the appointment. I found out my deductible was $0! Greg was amicable and kind when I arrived and offered me water and to turn on the TV while I waited. He kept me updated about how long my windshield would take, which was under an hour! My new windshield looks amazing. The technicians did a fantastic job, and I enjoyed sitting in the clean waiting area reading my book while my car was being finished. Overall, I had the best experience possible and Safelite made the inconvenient job of taking time out of my busy schedule to have my windshield replaced enjoyable. Will definitely recommend Safelite to friends and family in the future!

Made an appointment online for Saturday. Dropped my van off and picked it up a short time later. Social distancing and face covering is a practice at this location that I very much appreciated.
A coupon i found online was honored and the service was great. I would most definitely recommend Safelite AutoGlass.

Had glass replaced on vehicle and new windshield had an issue and this place replaced it free of charge with no issues. Only used them once but very happy with the service. We did drop vehicle off and picked it up later so can only rate on that aspect and not on having them come out and do the work off site. Would go back!

The gentlemen at Safelite did an amazing job replacing my windshield today. Not only did my car get taken care of in a timely manner, but both Greg (I believe) and Brett were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the service I received, and I would happily recommend them to anyone in the area.

The technician came to my location and replaced my windshield. Due to some trouble with the dealer part and a few reschedules, it took over a week to get my windshield installed. They made it right by giving me a discount, which was unexpected but awesome. Thanks!

Quick, Easy and done well. Jordan came out promptly to my location. Repaired the chip and went above and beyond cleaning the windows and vacuuming. Excellent FAST service.

Second time using them. Great service, start to finish. Skip the online request or call center (the individual service centers have no control over this) and just call them direct or stop in (that's what I've done)

Took a rock to the windshield stopped in was able to do the repair on the spot. Don't need a whole new windshield just a chip repair to keep it from cracking the whole way.

My experience was so smooth it approached baby bottom status. My tech was easy going, friendly and pretty much a rock star. I had nothing to do and got what I needed. Awesomeness pretty much sums it up.
