Brought in my car because my tire pressure was very low and I was concerned I had a flat. Was able to get an appointment immediately. Josh was very professional and courteous, and had my car looked at immediately. Mar took a look at my car. Thankfully, it was not a flat tire and only missing air. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty.

I came in to get some suspension work done but my shocks were rusted to hell So they had a lot of trouble getting the bolts off. I came pretty close to closing time so I had to leave the car overnight. I live in Philly and the guys called me an Uber all the way home and another one to get back the next day. The guys were really straightforward with me through the whole process and very kind. I really appreciated how they took care of me, 10/10 experience!

Today was a most pleasant experience. I came in with a nail in my tire and met a young man named Josh who was very accommodating and very nice. He had me in and out in under 30 minutes. He did not try to sell me anything, fixed what I asked, and sent me on my merry way. I will definitely be returning. Every where I called today was more than a 3 hour wait. I walked into the shop with no appointment and was immediately taken care of. Thank you, young man!! You made my day.

Had an 8:30 appt for 2 tires. Lopez, the tire tech had me out within a half hour. Josh and Lopez were very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back. Only minus, at no fault to the employees, no coffee or snack machine, but not a big deal to me to take away from the 5stars. Thanks for the service.

Great customer service and accommodating staff. I has the misfortune of catching a flat on my Tesla right near this Mavis and even the guys did everything they could to fix my tire . Even though they couldn't fix it or replace they held my car until I was able to come back to the shop with a new tire them to put on my car.

It all started when I noticed that one of my tires was somewhat flat, which prompted me to visit a nearby tire shop. Josh promptly replaced my faulty tire with a spare and even took the initiative to write a detailed note explaining what had gone wrong with the new tire I had purchased from the other shop. This note was instrumental in ensuring I could go back to the local tire shop and obtain a refund.
