The customer service was excellent. Vanessa made my shopping experience great and she was wonderful. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for but she aslo informed me on many other things such as credit card inquiries, sizing, and online matching. Would recommend this store to others.

Had to make an exchange for some jeans this morning and the cashier was friendly and efficient. They were really well organized and made the experience way less stressful than i thought it would be. The employees are all helpful and caring!

Friendly staff! Lines are just too long because there's never enough people on the register. Has decent, organized selection of sizes and styles though smaller than other American Eagles. I do wish they had more aerie products!
