Great place! Since coming under new management in July 2023, this place has really improved for the better! The food improved and is very good; I love their wraps and salads especially. Many people talk highly about the boasted chicken; the boasted chicken does not disappoint! If the bar isn't too busy (Monday nights are definitely busy), your food comes out in perfect timing. They also do food take-out, which is very convenient.

And the staff! They're all so friendly and helpful for suggesting a food or drink to try. And the owner Dan, I've never seen that man in a bad mood! He is doing an excellent job making improvements to this bar and running it well. I try coming here about once a week.

I had the taco soup (my picture captured a shadow) and split a chicken wrap. Both were so good I was sad when it was gone. The chicken wrap is plumb full of moist delicious chicken, real bacon, lettuce, tomato, basically whatever your heart desires. And that taco soup..I almost went with the roasted veggie soup, but I'm so glad I changed my mind. This soup was loaded with seasoned pork, and just the right amount of "zest" to warm you right up on a chilly day. If you haven't experienced Boot Hill, this little gem nestled in the beautiful old LaCrosse Boot Facotry is definitely a must! Oh, and the prices were spot on for the amount of food they serve! Can not wait to go back! Thank you Meghan and your chef, she was koodos too!

I had my wedding reception here last weekend with them catering. The food was amazing and so was the staff! Travis the event coordinator was awesome to work with and you can tell he loves what he does. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond of what was expected! They helped us have a wonderful wedding day!!

Now that it's under new management, I will be going back!

Excellent food 👌 and good drinks. The fish and chips were great french fries with two large cod filets. The shrimp dinner was also very good and the six shrimp were huge ! Very good tartar sauce and cole slaw, also. Each meal was under $11.00 so we were nicely fed for a low price. Highly recommended !!

We were at The Boot Hill Pub for a banquet dinner, a special occasion. This was outside of normal business hours,and it was wonderful. I have all good things to say. Food was awesome. Drinks were great. Staff was pleasant and service was fabulous! Loved it there, great ambiance.

We enjoyed our Saint Patty's Day dinner here. I had the rueben and it was tasty. Jordan, my favorite bartender provided quick service. After dinner we went next door to enjoy the live music.

Great restaurant that does not get nearly enough recognition. They have awesome food and great service. The atmosphere that is there is unlike anything else in La Crosse with their patio.

Good food and great atmosphere. The place has a lot of the old factory fixtures still in place, which gives it a lot of character. Great service, too.

Its kinda hidden. But it has some of the best drinks and food in town! They do their own homemade cheese sauce!! Yummmmm 😋
