Garlick's Water Conditioning

Had a Kinetico water system installed today from Garlick's in Faribault.
Couldn't be happier with them!
Very affordable for this product.
Johnathon was awesome! Professional, polite and respectful. He explained the systems, options and found what worked for our needs. Kept in touch regarding scheduling from the first visit until install was finished.
Bonus! He was tolerant of our dogs!

You cannot have great coffee without great water. Garlick's water has an amazing system and knowledgeable installers. This is important when your water needs to be just right to run expensive equipment. Jonathan takes the time and problem solves to makes sure our system runs perfect for our coffee shop. Several years ago we switched from Culligan to Garlicks system. Our salt use cut in half and there were no gaps in water quality we were experiencing with Culligan. We just had a reverse osmosis system installed by them and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Their workers are awful. I got home today and found one of the employees just standing in the middle of an open parking spot, (that is reserved for tenants of an apartment) chatting away with someone. When I asked that they please remove themself from the empty spot so I, a tenant, could park there they laughed and rolled their eyes at me. They were also taking up an additional parking spot reserved for tenants, with one of their company vehicles. Just a really awful representation of the company and will highly encourage people to not use this company as they are apparently incapable of being professional and respectful of private property. *there are also highly visible signs noting these parking spaces are reserved*

I would love to give zero stars if i could. Their service is the absolute worst. Missy is the rudest, most aggravating receptionist I have ever encountered. She has the worst attitude, it’s comparable to that of a child and she should be fired with no remorse. The fact that a company could sit idly by as one of their employees performs so beyond poorly and acts like a child is absolutely ludicrous and unforgivable.
Furthermore, the wait time for a repair on our system (which was the top of the line, most expensive system) was over two weeks; meanwhile my family sat with orange, rusty, unusable water. We spent two weeks on bottled water all because this company decided we were not a priority.
We have now gladly switched to Culligan and will absolutely NEVER go back. Garlick Brother’s is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am appalled at the fact that they are still in business. I will never recommend their systems or service ever. They should know better.
