I brought my dog here for the first time for grooming, the grooming staff were very friendly, and helpful. The manager is an asset to this business. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store, and shares her knowledge freely. She’s very hardworking and she’s everywhere in the store, assisting all the customers and the employees as needed. People like her pose a refreshing insight to what you expect when you’re visiting a retail establishment. Great job👏👏👏

I dealt with the grooming department and Kenna Fox was our groomer. She was excellent! Our dog can be a little difficult and grumpy! Which raised concerns for us. She handled him very well and said she would be more than happy to work with him again in the future. I’m definitely going back!

I absolutely love how Allie uncapher takes care of both my dogs. She treats them like they were her own. And always does a fantastic job. I totally recommend her to everyone. You will not be disappointed

Just wanted to leave a review for Allie…she always does such a great job on my double coated dog and her de shed service got rid of Goose’s itching! It also leaves your dog smelling great for awhile. All of the girls in here are friendly and will do a superb job. Great customer service all around, would give 10 stars if I could!

Allie in the grooming department is absolutely phenomenal! She’s the only oneI trust with my dog and the only groomer my dog likes going to see! She does amazing work on every dog i’ve seen her do!

Allie has been grooming my dog for awhile now and I have never been disappointed once. She takes her time and is always so accommodating. You can tell she is very well educated and passionate for what she does!! Such a great addition to Pet Supplies Plus. We love her!!!

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with PSP groomers. My favorite go to is Ally U. She’s never disappointed us and has always put my doodles needs first! We prefer the shaved look for summer and to keep up with brushing. She goes above and beyond to make sure my doods are looking stellar!

If you have a doodle and think otherwise, then go to a place that will trim around their matted fur!

We've been taking our dogs here forever for grooming/nails cut. Hands down the staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile.
We use Allie Uncapher in the grooming department, she is a caring and lovely individual. She has handled our crazy energy Delaney and our " old man" Tucker, and never once have we had an issue. She's very professional and cares for your fur baby.

I would easily recommend the Blasdell PSP and highly recommend Allie in the grooming department.

Bought our cat a new Cat Tree. But we couldn't forget our dog, she got herself a Great Big Soft Dog Bed.

Allie is an accomplished groomer that knows how to handle many dogs. I take my pup there and she works her magic and he looks incredible every time.
I feel comfortable leaving him with her, because he absolutely loves her….not the grooming part. But she has a knack for putting him at ease.
Besides Ally’s grooming talents, she is very personable and pleasant.

The cashier natalie was very helpful. She even taste tested a mealworm to make sure they taste good for my lizard.

Excellent staff very helpful looking for my item. She went above and beyond. So we got doggie cookies instead.

For grooming Allie is amazing! We adopted an Aussie that was a puppy mill breeder so she is very skittish and lays down when you get near her. Allie was excellent with her and was able to bathe, deshed, and trim her. I will not trust anyone else with my dog.

My stinky shaggy puppies were groomed here and the great staff made Hella and Yaeger shine like stars. First professional groom for the dogs and got them through the blow dryer and pad trim with flying colors.

The groomer was excellent! She really went the extra mile to give my dog the best care and experience! We will definitely go back!
