Fantastic service and the owner is so nice. There is a large language barrier but if you communicate on the menu by circling the items you want then he'll make it for you in no time with no issues. The owner is fantastic and if you give him a chance and become a regular he'll always perk right up when you come in the door. The time estimate of 10 minutes is usually within a minute or so. He's an incredibly nice man and the food always tastes wonderful. Would and do recommend to everyone.

This place is amazing. The customer service is great. The man that works here is extremely sweet and generous. He always makes really good food and packs the containers full. There is a language barrier but if you take time and are patient it's not a problem. This is honestly the best chinese food I have had with amazing portions everytime. Cash and card are accepted here so there is no problem with payment. You certainly don't have to go to the ATM to pay if you don't want to. If you treat the lovely man that works here with kindness and patience you will have a wonderful experience, great portions, and amazing food.

Do not pay attention to the bad reviews. This is an excellent little Chinese restaurant been in business a long time. The elderly man running it is at work all day every day but he always greets you with a smile. Yes the language barrier is a little difficult but give the man some respect and understanding, he tries very hard and as long as you take your time I guarantee you will have an excellent meal. Also it doesn't hurt to tip. Seriously you dont work half as hard as he does but I guarantee you make more. Be kind be respectful and get some of the best chinese you can get in binghamton.

The owner of this shop is honestly such a sweet man. His son used to help him run the shop but he left to Albany to live with his wife's family so now he does it on his own. His English isn't great but as long as you can say #'s, he can get by. He escaped Mao's cultural revolution in the 60s by coming to America. I have lived in china for 3 years and can communicate with him well and honestly his food is better than the food I've had in China.

My fiancé is Chinese and he can't get enough of the food here. We visit every summer to see my folks and next summer the owner even agreed to let him do an internship and teach him how to cook.

I ran the store with him for one day and he honestly treats his regular customers SO well even if he doesn't even make any money in the end. I watched him load up bag after bag with sauces, cookies, extra food. It was amazing. I told him he's not going to make any money that way but he has a kind heart and would rather be known for treating his customers well.

All these negative comments on here are because they don't understand him or the situation he's in and need to learn to be a little patient. Really, the food here is WAY better than the food at Fraternity over in Hillcrest. I've been around to a bunch showing my fiancé American Chinese food and he even agrees this place is the best.
