Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was in town for an appointment. It's been 5yrs since I left Florida. i missed out on the chicken sandwich release. Unfortunately the nearest Popeyes are hours away. However, this location was a great pick. One of the employees was outside when I arrived and greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. She was super friendly and gave an opinion about how good certain things are.

I ordered a regular and a spicy sandwich so my mom and I could try both, nuggets, fries and a mango lemonade. Everything was fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly. I will never go back to KFC after my meal here yesterday. All of the staff was working hard and super friendly.

My only complaint was that I don't live closer.

The chicken here is consistently some of the best in town. There were a few mix-ups with my order today, and the manager, Cynthia, handled it professionally and quickly. She was also polite to me despite one of the mix-ups being my fault. They really mean it when they say they make service issues right, at least at this location.

Popeyes is world renown for it's horrendous garbage customer service but this one stands out from the pack. I rolled up at 8pm at this location and it was absolutely empty.

I've been accustomed to seeing lines of cars wrapped around Popeyes buildings for so long now that I assumed this location closed early like so many Popeyes do, so I was angry.

When I got closer I saw employees inside so I used the drive thru. The employees were so helpful and friendly here that I almost thought I was at a Chick-fil-A.

Food came out fresh and hot quickly. The only ding I have against this place was that my food was over-salted. I got the spicy fish sandwich and 8 piece blackened tenders which came to $23 🤯 Pretty expensive for fast food.

Very busy, seems like q small crew working together training etc. my order was messed up which is okay it happens and the manager was composed and calm while people were angry with them. and refunded my order which isn’t what I was trying to get but it’s okay I understand.

The food was good I hope they get situated

Manager Cynthia is very polite and helpful she always makes sure that I get good services when I come into Popeyes on my lunch breaks and I was there the day the elderly couple gave her a Christmas gift 🎁 and hugged her😊 I thought that was very kind of them and she's always working hard when I come in Popeyes to get my 2piece combo thank you Manager Cynthia for always being welcoming to me when I come in on my lunch breaks you are Awesome 🍗🍟🥤❤

Best chicken in Broome County area, chicken is crisp and chewy on the inside, the $5 Sandwich is a really good deal for the price. Highly recommend.

The gentleman working the counter today October 19th just before noon was great, very pleasant, attentive, and on point. Great job!!

The spicy chicken is really good, it's tender and juicy. Mashed potatoes with Cajun curry and fries with Cajun seasoning makes the perfect combination!
The staff is very polite and helping as well.

Great food, as usual with Popeyes. The lady at the front took the time to find some coupons for my order.

Whomever was working the window tonight March 9th at 7:00pm- they were absolutely awesome! Especially at fast food places, you don’t often have the expectation of having this really quality service and more just look for them to hit the points of getting the order correct and out quickly. But, I do have to say- whoever this gentleman was was absolutely personable, super caring, genuine, and absolutely someone I would want working for me! Thanks for making my night better

I had an issue with a dasher not dropping off my food so I took an uber to pick it up and Stephanie was amazing not only did she make my order fresh but she was very apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. Thank u again I will definitely be back

I walked in a purchased a 4 piece spicy combo with Mac and Cheese and a biscuit. The people are always so friendly and my food is always nice and fresh. I love coming to this popeyes, the atmosphere is so nice and it's always nice and clean.

Now is the popeyes i used to like, delicious chicken staff and manager super awesome and the store is amazingly clean specially bathroom is really clean and smells so good, this is the popeyes i was missing.

Is the second time this month that chicken has been extremely salty don’t taste no more like Popeyes recipe someone please take action cause i love popeyes but is not the great Popeyes any more

Christy the manager was awesome to me when I called the store after having a poor experience while ordering through drive thru. Christy apologized numerous times & exceeded our expectations with going above and beyond replacing the order and then some. She wants the best experience for her customers and it really did show! As long as Christy is the manager there, they will still have my business!

This Popeyes is on the rise. With its new manager, the restaurant is very clean, the food is good, and I have seen the manger is a very hard worker and he even helps out with his employees, Moin Ahmad the manager would come back again

This Popeyes must be under new management or new staff, because the service has done a complete 180! 6 months ago it would have taken me 30 - 45 min to get a wrong order, and now the last 2 times I've gone it has been nothing but pleasantries, fast, and accurate food! If you were turned away from here before I urge you to give it another shot! Great job all around!

The chicken is always crispy and delicious. They are quick and they get it right here. I have no complaints.

Always ready and always clean. Gotta love my Popeyes!
