Easy to find. Great customer service and quick. Very clean and organized. I have been in some that are dirty and unorganized. If you need to send out any ups packages, I highly recommend this location. I personally used them to return my amazon packages and to get a free label printed.

Did two Amazon returns no line, fast, easy and friendly! Something you don't fine very often. I will be using the ups store more often. Yes the parking sucks not their fault exactly. But I'd say the friendliness is worth it. 💙

We were there yesterday Oct. 6 & we had the pleasure of working with Dan & he was amazing! We had a few very heavy important pkgs to go out, he had a line behind us but kept his cool. He did his best to take care of us & continue to take care of ppl behind us. He was polite, attentive & certainly did his job very well!

I visited this store today to pick up a package that I missed delivery of. The man behind the counter could not have been more personable and helpful. My intersection with him put a smile on my face and has been the highlight of my day so far!

The initial employees who helped me were very helpful in picking out the proper shipping methods and then as I got home I realized I forgot to label something on the box and I called back and the employee Adam answered the phone and was incredibly helpful in resolving my issue in less than three minutes over the phone. Highly recommend!

Stopped in today to drop off a prepaid package for delivery. The girl at the counter was super friendly and got me in and out of there in less than a minute. Really easy. The store is kind of hidden back in there though, but not hard to get to, especially if you know where it is.

Super simple to use this store! Whether for Amazon returns, or sending something out myself. Staff has been great to work with and very helpful to ensure my best options are taken care of!

Very professional, warm, and friendly. We've used their services for over 4 years now. They have always been very accommodating. Anything we've had delivered there was always handled in a professional and timely manner. We had some very large things delivered; large fuel tanks, etc., as well as our postal mail. They also do boxing, copying, etc. If you need these types of services, I suggest you use them; you'll be pleased you did.

It is good to see more shipping places coming up in the area as we need them. I hope the economy and it helps us get packages to our loved ones quicker than if we did not have these other services besides USPS It creates more of a democracy then when I believe when other places pop up.

Sent out a few packages for Christmas and each time the employees made it a simple task to get done!

Highly recommend this location. customer service from Michael is the best. The other UPS store in Vestal is very rude and not customer friendly unless you look wealthy.
