Our tankless water heater stopped working right before Christmas leaving us with not only no hot water, but not even water to do laundry or run the dish washer. They had someone at my house the day after I spoke to someone. They actually came and remarkabley fast. They actually communicated incredibly. They didn't give us an appointment time to call it off last minute or respond a week later. Unlike every other plumber in proximity to my home. They were very proficient, professional and expedient. LHR Plumbing will be my family's go to plumbing and heating company from now on.

So finding a good plumber, you can rely on, is different than finding a good plumber. When my family needed a plumber recently, LHR handled our call with a personal approach which immediately help bring some calm to our situation. They then were able to quickly diagnose and professionally handle our repair to get our heat back up and running, fast! I don’t usually write these reviews, but everyone should have Great Plumber they can rely on… call LHR!

LHR got my service scheduled immediately for 2 days out from the day I called. Cody, the technician, showed up on time and was professional, friendly, and efficient when completing the diagnostic to get to some options (this included working in my terrible crawl space and being patient and professional despite the less than favorable work space). Jeff was professional and open about options and pricing for my issue, and did not charge for any time that Cody was not working after the initial diagnosis. Once I selected an option, the work was completed quickly and my issue was resolved. Will definitely be calling again for my future plumbing needs.

This is a completely professional organization start-to-finish. From my first phone call through the service to the follow-up, the LHR team treated me with kindness, my concerns with care and my home with respect.

Joe & Eric were on time, courteous and friendly. They assessed the problem and then Jeff called me with clear, transparent pricing for different options so that I didn’t feel pressured into any one particular product or service. Joe & Eric finished the job, left the space neat and tidy. My heat is on and working.

Jeff replaced my disposal and did a fabulous job. I called in a panic in the morning with a bad leak in my kitchen, and he came over within 2 hours! He was very professional and efficient, and I had a working sink and disposal in no time. I highly recommend LHR. Ask for Jeff, he's great!

Excellent experience with having LHR address our toilet plumbing problem. Office staff (Sadie) was pleasant to work with. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days. Infact we were notified the day before when some time in their schedule became available thus making it possible to get the job done early. Plumbing Service Technician Jeff Boisvert was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very meticulous about not tracking any septic material through our house by judiciously removing and donning shoe covers every time he would return from his service van and walk through our house. I can wholeheartedly recommend LHR plumbing and heating.
