Excellent, I had the meatloaf w/sweet potato fries, my girl had cheeseburger. Started with a great beef barley soup. Very reasonable price, fast friendly service. Back again, had Philly cheese steak, Nancy again had burger.

The Elias Cole has been a fixture in this area for decades. It's not a fancy place but the food is awesome as are the home baked pies, cinnamon rolls, hamburger buns and bread. The servers are always friendly and attentive. You can buy the baked goods to take home. They do not take credit cards or electronic payments so bring cash when you go. Highly recommended. Stop in for a coffee and a cinnamon roll or stop in for a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Been here twice in the past couple of years. Had the lunch special on my first visit, a very good pork sandwich with cheese and bbq sauce. My most recent was the fried chicken dinner with fries and gravy, with blueberry pie and chocolate ice cream. The food here is very good, all home made deserts.

Parking is usually plentiful, rarely crowded, always friendly staff. The hours here changed due to lack of staffing so Mon-Thurs they are only open for breakfast and lunch (8am-3pm), Friday-Sunday they are open from 8am-7pm for all meals.

Small menu, but delicious options nonetheless. I wish I lived closer to come by more often, but I live an hour and a half away (on a good day) and am only in the area to visit my in-laws at their camper. I may have to make a special trip up here more often because it will definitely be worth it.

Please try the pies, they are amazing!

It’s been good experience. Had egg salad sandwich which was awesome and quantity wise it was double of what my usual diet is but because it was delicious so I couldn’t resist myself finishing it. Also my group ordered one dish from their specials which was good. Coleslaw was also decent. All in all this place is perfect for light and quality food. Service is good.

Great place. Warm, cozy and familiar. Homemade breads and the chef is great. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I recommend you stop by if you are ever in the area.

Food is excellent - tastes homemade - wholesome and flavorful - good sized portions - service is outstanding - prices are fair - the atmosphere is friendly and private with plenty of leg room. Old home feeling with a family friendly atmosphere. You can't beat it! We've moved but plan to go back for a meal as often as we can.

A simple menu but everything is done from scratch. I am not a fan of sweets but I go there for pie. Coconut cream pie is my favorite

It is our destination eatery, when we go on our North Jersey motorcycle loop. Always friendly service. Food is fresh and made to order. And we always leave full and satisfied for the next leg of our ride.

A no frills restaurant with basic good tasting food. Sandwiches served on homemade bread. Even hamburger served on homemade roll. Pie was outstanding. Will go back.

Cash only! I had a great lunch here with my husband after we got our Christmas tree. Super friendly service, and a comfort food centered meal. We also split a piece of lemon meringue pie that was so good!!

Came here with a large group after hiking nearby. It's a great place to eat and relax. There are plenty of options for dinner, daily specials and homemade pie. Can't wait to come back soon!
