Great company to deal with, The original keys were old and worn, so unfortunately the copies did not work. 1 simple call to customer service and my money was refunded immediately.

I had never seen or heard of these kiosks before. It was awesome. Easy. Good price. Convenient. Fast. It was really cool. No dealing with any hassles. Just follow instructions on screen, done & out the door with new key in 10 min. Wish someone would've thought about this years ago.

I recently made 3 keys and none of them worked. I received a no hassle refund. I went back with a master and made sure it was pressed firmly in and it worked great. Thank you KeyMe Locksmiths!!

Had my doubts. . . . .but keys
work great. . . .One of the keys came by mail in cute, professional cardboard envelope. . . Seems to be a well thought out business. . . . I will use them again.

Wasn’t too sure about the process but it worked just great. Someone came by exclaimed, “You can get keys done here “?!” I said sure can! Works super fast and efficient.

The keys work well, good price, you get them immediately.

Quick and instructions were easy to follow, the key worked perfectly.

New keys work better than the original

I requested 8 keys and received them quickly. They all function well.

The kiosk worked flawlessly, instructions were better than expected and I will have no problem returning for my next purchase.

In-store Menards kiosk worked well. A little slow but we did have 9 copies made at once. Were basic keys for our house and garage doors so I can't speak on the fobs/chips working. Would use again since it did what we needed.

It was easy to make keys and I didn’t have to wait for a store employee!
