Beautiful little coffee shop in a nice small town. Stopped in for a small breakfast bite and it did not disappoint. Their baked goods are to die for. Amazing pumpkin banana bread!!! It was moist and flavorful. The bagel was fantastic and lived up the the NJ bagel hype! I got one of their fall latte specials, apple butter and it was so good, all the autumn goodness you could want in every sip. The staff were polite and amazing. Definitely worth the stop.

The "Sunny Farmhouse Delight" is a case in point—a flawless ensemble of sun-dried tomatoes, the freshest arugula, creamy avocado, and an impeccably cooked egg with the most luscious runny yolk, all nestled within a perfectly toasted ciabatta. My companion's "Boro Farm Breakfast" was equally impressive. Crispy bacon that was neither too thin nor overly thick, eggs scrambled to velvety perfection, golden roasted potatoes with just the right hint of rosemary, and a slice of their house-made sourdough that seemed to echo the very essence of comfort food.

Now, while browsing reviews, I did notice a sprinkling of negative comments. But frankly, they smack of the nitpicky complaints we've all seen from those who seem to revel in being hard to please. Don't be swayed. Boro Bean offers an authentic, heartwarming experience that resonates long after the last bite or sip. Joined my friend at Boro Bean after hearing their endless praises, and I wasn't let down. While they savored the "Sunny Farmhouse Delight", I indulged in the "Boro Farm Breakfast" - every bite exuding freshness and quality. Love this local cafe. Usual pit stop on a bike ride. Coffee, food and muffins are great. Prices are reasonable too. I love vibe on the weekends.

I have lunch here 3-5 times a week. I keep coming in because of the excellent food and friendly staff. Though I don't live in Hopewell, it's well worth the drive! Karoline and Anita are the best.

Stopped on a whim while passing through, it was unbelievable. My husband and I each had a boro special from the food board. We were shocked at how fresh and flavorful it was. The staff was all very welcoming as well. Cannot wait to stop by again.

I use every chance I get to stop into Boro Bean! Today I had the Guac Panini- scrambled eggs were fluffy, cheese was delicious, guacamole was FRESH, and the panini was toasted to perfection. It was NOT messy either. They gave a fork and knife also, just in case, which I loved.
Coffee was a great brew- strong but not acidic or bitter. So refreshing to have this place!

I always love going to Boro Bean! Their homemade muffins are delicious, and I am always excited to see the flavors they offer. Karoline and Anita are also very welcoming, and make me feel at home!

You have got to stop in and see owners, Johnny and Ellen Abernathy. This is a small town, everyone knows everyone and they have some of the most delicious food you might have ever had. Their special wood fired bagels aren’t available every day, but when they post that they are you need to run down and get them. They offer Wi-Fi and front porch and yard seating. Open early for a great latte. Their paninis are scrumptious. Definitely not a place to miss.

Boro bean is one of my favorite places to have coffee and brunch. I love the community feel and hospitality. My go to order is the house coffee and avocado toast with eggs over easy. Highly recommend!

Charming little breakfast spot. stopped in for the first time recently, and was a fan of their unique menu selection. Chicken asiago panini is a must try..... steamy potate..o... wonderful drink selection as well.

Drove by for months and made my first yesterday visit. Coffee was excellent and the blueberry muffin was the best I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of muffins. It was packed with blueberries, but not soggy. Great crunch on muffin top. Unlike other small coffee shops, they bake their own muffins and scones. I will make it a regular stop on the back-to-work commute.

Great coffee! Muffins are delicious. Breakfast/lunch both done really well. Service is great and personal. Bagels are yummy as well. Best of all? Apple Pay!! When I’m out without my wallet I can use my Apple pay and that just makes me happy. Most don’t know how it works... but just tell them it will work and don’t give up. Ha! Enjoy.

Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, lots of options. My favorite is the cream cheese and lox sandwich with tomato, red onion, capers, and thin slices of cucumber. Cappuccino is very good as well.

Very nice staff and owner. I had a great salad with a homemade dressing and excellent hummus. My son loved his oatmeal.

Quaint coffee shop with personality. Focus on the details and service. Cory was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. My light and sweet coffee reminded me of washington heights bodegas and the hot chocolate was topped well with whipped cream and syrup. The apple cider muffin was warm and welcoming. I will certainly be returning the next time I am in the area and try some of the other food choices.

A great local coffee shop. They use coffee from small world coffee in Princeton and hand craft their drinks with care. The staff is friendly, attentive and always welcoming. There is seating available to enjoy a quick breakfast or a tasty lunch. The lunch menu isn't extensive but has enough options. The baked goods are look delectable and taste delicious. If you live near by, this should be one of your local staple haunts. If you are just passing through, it's definitely worth a stop.
