Gothenburg Health

I have been into the hospital clinic a couple times in April for various reasons and from Carolyn at the front door all the way to the techs doing tests and all the people in between, are always so kind and courteous. I love it!

My experience at Goth. Health is usually very good to excellent. This time was no different.
I'm not a fan of waiting for things to get done, like waiting for x rays or giving blood where you can wait up to 45 minutes.
I realize that you have drs. That get called into the ER.

Sometimes I wish they would come and ask you what YOU would choose to do.....stay and wait...or them to give you a call when the dr is available again.

They are very attentive in every other aspect, with me , on a consistent basis, that's just my one suggestion.

Friendly and courteous staff. My doctor is wonderful and takes good care of me along with her wonderful nurses.

Was driving through on I-80 for work. Stopped in Gothenburg for the night because of bad weather. Started having trouble breathing, and after fighting it for several hours was blessed to find they had a hospital and emergency room in town. Made my way through the snow at about 2 am. Was immediately taken back to an exam room, vitals checked, questions asked. Staff was very diligent and professional. Ran several tests on me. No waiting around, this place was on the ball! Nursing staff was fantastic. Jalissa was born to be a nurse. Her calm professional demeanor and big bright smile helped calm a lot of my anxiety! It's a scary thing when you feel like you're suffocating. Thank you Jalissa!! Results came in, doctor explained everything clearly, and I was heading back to my motel in no time. Doing great now, thanks to Gothenburg Health.

I appreciate the service they provide to the community. The interaction with doctors, nurses, etc are all positive.

Most caring staff ever! I have experience with several hospitals both in Nebraska and out of state. For patient care, none better than this one. Treated my family so well they were amazed!

Great, no wait and competent staff. Dr. Knauss is wonderful!

Dr. Dalrymple went above and beyond to get me the care that I needed quickly. I was shown such compassion from the time I walked in the door, into lab, ultrasound and observation. Nurses text to follow up on my care after I left the facility and I felt very well cared for.

The care I received was excellent. The physician and medical staff were kind, caring, and compassionate. They made sure all my questions were answered and helped me understand the next steps to be taken in my care.

The staff is super friendly. They are aware of who you are and what you need for your care. The building is also beautiful and clean. You see a smile wherever you go and feel welcome to be there!

Fantastic care. It's refreshing to know the people really care about their patients on a personal level.

Staff is always great. Dr Lukens is friendly, kind, and does an awesome job. I had a bit of a delay, but it was because he had an unexpected surgery, so I was happy to wait.

Wait time was short. Dr Chew and staff were great and took their time with me.

Small town Hospital with all the bells and whistles of a big town facility ER to Clinic front desk outstanding staff.

Nurses,and other departments are Very Friendly, Kindhearted, Willing To Lend a Helping Hand, Beautiful Smiles, Not Only The Health Clinic but Also The People that live in the Community Are Very Friendly.

Great health care, very qualified physicians and knowledgeable staff.

They got me right in for my sleep study when everywhere else couldn’t. Nice small town hospital. Actually didn’t even know Gothenburg had a hospital. Great experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr on call. Dr Chew has excellent people skills and always makes you feel comfortable and calm. Her medical knowledge and professionalism goes beyond expectations!
