This past fall, my husband and I reached out to Five Star Flooring to quote us cabinets and flooring for our new build. A representative came to our house and took measurements. We then met two different times at their store in Gothenburg to look at samples and make selections. They told us they would contact us with a quote. Weeks passed and we had not received a call from them, so we called them a few different times to check in on the status of the quote, but each time they told us the quote wasn't ready. In the meantime, we asked them for a separate quote for drywall. An employee told me she would call me the following business day with a drywall quote, but I never heard back. Five Star Flooring never followed up with us on either quote. We are very disappointed to share our poor experience with this company.
