Hampton Inn by Hilton Hastings

The service was amazing. The rooms were clean. Got help with anything I needed and gave complete answers to my questions. The morning girl even helped me get my Hilton rewards account working. She is also the only one who told me to make sure every hotel put my stay under my account because it does not always work. Thank you to the entire staff. Even the guy who made breakfast made sure everyone was served and happy. What a refreshing stay.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. We have had an experience where we had a system issue and almost lost our room night two - however; staff is great and worked hard to make up for the error. Our latest stay this weekend was great as usual. Clean comfy rooms. The gentleman who handles the food was extremely friendly and really seems to enjoy his job. Hilton should be so proud - he could really teach people a thing or two of customer service! He took a few extra minutes and made my kids feel like they were royalty just by taking the time to talk to them and make sure they had a great day! It did not go unnoticed!

Stayed over night at the Hampton Inn this weekend. Clean rooms, space for pizza with the baseball team and the sales staff was able to get a team rate! Breakfast was pretty standard, but the coffee was hot! Would recommend.

This is my second time staying here while in town for work and it was just as welcoming the second time. Front desk gentleman was welcoming and the manager reception happy hour was fun she was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’ll definitely stay again

Pretty cool hotel, fitness center is better than most, it accommodates a wide range of workouts and they have a heated saltwater pool. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There's a few beautiful women that work here as well. It's like a little bonus lol. Basically, if you're here for a bit or just passing through, stay here!!

This is a very nice place to stay. Very clean. I like the new shampoo conditioner and body was. I believe it was zero. It was neat how it was hung in the shower. Breakfast was great!

Hampton Inn in Hastings nebraska was the location for the guests who attended our son and daughter in law's wedding. It was a wonderful experience. We were able to use the meeting room for the rehearsal dinner and for the family to gather in after the wedding so we could all continue to visit. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend using the Hampton Inn in Hastings for your event and or stay.

Best hotel in Hastings! Slept like a baby, and the staff are some of the best I have encountered worldwide and across many star levels of hotels. I lived in the Middle East and Asia and now in Europe and have seen a lot of customer service. So these folks should be proud about their professionalism (great level here). Also the generosity and tending to every possible need by this hotel is unreal. Recommend highly! PS: beds are like being in the clouds here—so comfortable!

This is my first time staying at Hampton Inn. It’s a very new hotel with great customer service, clean rooms, and free breakfast.

Staff was wonderful! Helping at check in more than apologetic for Expedias mess up. The lady at the front desk on Thursday morning helped me making copies. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was good also.

Great service, rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. During managers special you are able to get free food and up to 2 free beers. Breakfast is great too! 10/10 would recommend.

Everything about this hotel was great. Staffing were awesome and super friendly.

Close to a lot of restaurants. Convenient location. I believe I was given a handicap accessible room because it was HUGE! Great stay.

Nice clean place, rooms were a nice size, beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty great lots of options. Charging ports for electronic devices all over the place, lobby was roomy and comfortable also. Pool was clean and tidy. Definitely would stay here again. Close to Walmart and quite a few restaurants. Starbucks almost next door.

We happen to be driving through a snowstorm on our way across Nebraska and had to pull off the road and stay somewhere. We need a pet friendly so we found a short list and chose this place and couldn't have been happier. Clean rooms and great service. Everyone was very friendly. The only downside the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there.

Was very satisfied with our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't know that we had to request housekeeping though.

Clean rooms, friendly service. Good value for the price. Varied selection for breakfast. A managers reception was a nice touch. Soft drinks as an option to beer would be appreciated. Everything I'd expect from the Hilton brand.
