SNG Barratt

This place is wonderful ! Needed a part for my 2007 Jaguar X Type . The Jaguar Dealer in Norwood, MA , Jake Kaplan Jaguar said, the part was obsolete. Decided to look on line to see if anyone had it and SNG Barratt popped up, gave them a call and so happy I did ! They had the part ! It's a perfect match ! The item was brand new . The packaging was awesome too, it arrived well protected and packaged real good. Very impressed with this company ! Thankfully there are places like this that can still get parts for these older Jaguars that are still on the road. I
will absolutely do business with this company again. Highly Recommend !

Having worked with SNG for over 10 years, I can say the level of service and quality far exceeds a standard dealership experience. The gap that SNG fills, bringing cottage industry manufacturing to Jaguar owners, is an essential part of the classic car food chain. There are always problems with classic cars and the patience SNG has to work through them with their clients is exemplary.

I work on a lot of old Jags and its great being able to have a local place to get parts. Don't know what I would do without SNG!

Great source for OEM and non-OEM Jaguar parts, usually for less money than any local Jaguar dealership charges. Great parts catalogue for the various Jaguar models as well, in either the printed or website version.

Parts seem to be on back order a lot lately.

Not so customer orientated. Received a fairly expensive part on the day it went on sale. Called and asked them to adjust the price accordingly. They refused. Said they weren’t Walmart and wouldn’t adjust the price. Sent the part back for a refund and went elsewhere.
