I was on my way from Iowa to Michigans UP. Had a truck tire blow up on me 15 minutes away, 20 minutes before they closed a 6pm. Gave them a call and asked if they were able to replace my tire even if I got there a few minutes late. They were very helpful and agreed to help me out even though they had to stay an extra 15 minutes. I never had a shop go the extra mile to help me out, I would highly recommend this shop!

The whole buying experience went smooth. Travis is a nice and professional person. Hit a rough patch with my car at the start and he made sure it got checked out and taken care of. Will consider doing business again. A+ service.

Used car salesman usually get a bad rap but Travis is a man of his word I bought a car from him and noticed it had a small noise the day I picked it up he said no problem will take care of it it ended up being the steering rack a fairly expensive Fix but he took care of the problem at no cost to me I appreciate his professionalism and how he went above and beyond to solve this problem and take care of it for me

Bought a Mountaineer from Travis last Spring and was waiting to review for a while. The truck has been good to me other than a few smaller issues. I did need to replace the radiator this winter, but the guy said it looked to be the original, so can't be too upset about that. Travis was great to work with while being upfront and honest. He stated if any issues come up to contact him, which is nice for a used car dealership. Would definitely buy from Tri-State in the future.

Bout a 2010 Malibu. Service was very good. The guys were willing to help in any way. I had a few issues with the car after purchase but nothing any dealer would know coming.
