Lost a trailer tire by Watkins Glen. Needed the spare installed. The service tech (tire guy) was very intent on doing a correct tire/ wheel installation on the trailer. Made sure wheels were centered on the hub, tightened wheel in a correct pattern and torqued the wheel with a torque wrench. Seems most truck-stop tire shops run the lug nuts on with a tire gun like they are operating a machine gun and drop the trailer, tell you to get out of here other guys are waiting. Good friendly people at McCarthys. P.S. call first to make sure you go the the tire shop and not the recap shop for the repair. Both shops are close together.

Great service patched my backhoe tire in less than a half hour, helped wife get tire loaded and unloaded from vehicle.
Quoted a price on phone and was spot on when repair was finished. Excellent experience.

They didn't have exactly what I wanted,so I was offered a good deal on tires very similar at a good price. I don't buy tires by the dozen,I'm just an owner operator with one thick n trailer,but I was treated first class. Ill be back.

Traveling with a dually pulling a car hauler, needed a tire switched out. They got us in and out. Very friendly and accommodating! 👌

They put on a steering tire while I waited in the Driver's Lounge. I was back on the road in about an hour.

By far the worst experience I've ever had. Took one of my work trucks in for tires, the techs over torqued my lug nuts. This caused damage to my wheel studs, wheels, hubs. They argued about fixing it for weeks. My truck sat idle for 2 weeks before repairs were made. It's been 2 1/2 months now of me trying to collect money from the hubs that I had to repair out of pocket because they couldn't find them. Constant excuses with 0 solutions being communicated.

Fleet service contacted to repair tire(semi dual) that broke bead. Tech was instructed to repair or replace if necessary. If needed to replace and tread depth was more than 6/32nds difference replace both on that side. Tech replaces tire with 26/32nds tread and leaves other tire with 8/32nds. No ability to contact Tech and doesn't take a math wiz to know difference is larger than 6 and to be able to see the difference with both tires on. Due to this I'm now 4 hours behind schedule. 5 out of 5 stars if Tech was Helen Keller otherwise 1 star at best.

Poor service. Rude. It took 6 hours to change 2 tires...and another occasion it took 2.5 hours to change 1. Seemingly unappreciative of the business they are receiving from customers
