Worked with Joe Gasper the salesman. He was so patient with my decision making that took over two months for me to decide. He was always available for questions and able to address any issues in completing my end of lease then purchasing a new vehicle. He was able to get the upgrades I wanted to protect from the salty winter roads. The service dept has always been easy to work with and online scheduling is a breeze. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. My salesman, Joe Gasper, was instrumental to the deal. I purchased remotely and Joe helped arrange the transaction and shipping to my home 1000 miles away. I could not be happier with the process and the ability of Joe to ensure a positive outcome. I relied on him for a condition assessment and he was spot on with his rating of the condition of the vehicle. Thanks to Joe, I have a beautiful new truck and have to give him great credit for making me feel comfortable from 1,000 miles away so it could happen.

Very friendly service and great accommodations for kids, there’s a play room with toys and coloring items with a big chalkboard. There’s also a snack area with refreshments and coffee. Also a waiting area with a television. I appreciate having something to do while I wait for my vehicle while it’s being serviced. They’re also very helpful and upfront about the cost of things so I never end up paying more than they tell me it will cost initially

Everyone is courteous and helpful. I was presented with a verbal, and written summary of the service performed. I left with great confidence that my vehicle is ready to get back to work for me. The shuttle driver was prompt and enjoyable to ride with. Thank you!

The La Crosse dealership is amazing. Both the sales and customer service areas are excellent. I recently had an issue in the service department, that my actions created, and the service staff bent over backwards to help right the issue. They didn't have to take the time to explain everything in depth to me, and they didn't have to make the concessions they did, but they felt it was the right way to treat a customer. I have never been so pleased with any auto service in my life. Thank you for the awesome service!

They fit me in on short notice for an oil change. Kevin and Emily were great and Mike was very enjoyable to ride with when he took me to work and picked me up from work. Kevin also located the travel mug I left in the shuttle. Great service all around.

The experience overall was just quick, painless and friendly. Josh was a great salesman and even when not on the clock, he provided great service and answered questions.

I visited the dealership for an oil change. I called in the morning to schedule it and Emily who fielded the call was able to get me in the same day. Emily was also the Service Writer and was super efficient at getting me checked in.
While in the dealership Steve the GM checked in on things, asked how things were going, thanked me for being a customer, and helped me pass a bit of time talking about classic Pontiacs.
