Bought my first car from here, a Hyundai Elantra. The entire day had been very stressful going from dealer to dealer. Being a college female, I could tell that no one from many dealerships were taking me seriously. Right when I was about to give up, I found this place. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and treated you like family. I could tell that they were going the extra mile for me and making sure everything was perfect for how I wanted. They had a smaller selection but the cars in the lot were better than all the selections that the larger name dealers I had gone to earlier that day had, like Dahl and Toyota. I was very impressed with the selection, with top reliable brand names. I also really liked this place because the workers went out and hand picked the cars so they could share their experience with what they saw and liked in it. I got this car for an amazing price as well, being the cheapest I had seen all day. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Last month my wife and I traded in her 2014 Mazda for a 2012 jeep grand cherokee from eagle motors. Since we have purchased our new/used jeep, we have had zero problems in any aspect of the vehicle and are very pleased. Our sales person, Matt Tully was very forward to us about the current defaults of the vehicle and any past accidents the vehicle has had been in. Matt, was knowledgeable enough to answer any of my questions and honest enough to let me know if he wasnt sure, and got back to us with the answer promptly. He was also very helpful to us with the financial part of the trade in and made it very quick and easy with the paperwork. I would highly suggest talking to Matt Tully at eagle motors if anyone is in need of a new/used vehicle.

I flew to La Crosse to look at, and purchase a Jeep. The people at Eagle Motors were very patient and helpful. They held the vehicle until I was able to drive it, and even though it took days for my bank to ship them a check, Eagle Motors stayed in contact and let me know what was going on.

I was tempted to give 4 stars. This is because there is a tire pressure sensor light on that has been on since I bought the vehicle. The tires were fully inflated when I left the dealership, but I had to fill the front driver side tire 5 times on my 2000 mile drive home. I am not sure if this tire leaking air was a known issue, or just a coincidence, but with the way I was treated I feel they deserve 5 stars.

Looked at a Toyota 4runner this past weekend Matt Tully the salesperson. Was helpfull. Told him I was financed by my own bank to just send the purchase agreement to them. Matt Tully suggested we put $200 to hold the vehicle Wich i did. Had an issue with bank on the loan term and money down they wanted. Tried to explain this to Matt and he said that the 200 was non refundable and he'd make some calls to see what he could do and he would call me back. He took the effort to go above his job and get me my money back. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at this location the salesman there thru no fault of his made this place an enjoyable experience. Thanks again Matt.

Bought a car from Troy 4 years ago and it ran great throughout the entire time we owned it. Just sold it to upgrade. Also bought an SUV from Dennis, all of the salesmen were very helpful and considerate of my needs. Very happy with their service, will take a lot for me to go to another used car dealership.

Bought a truck from matt very nice staff and very easy to work with bought a older truck as is and did have some issues but they were very willing to help get the problem fixed would recommend these guys they are more helpful then any dealer ive been to and there not out to break pockets and scam people like other dealers
