Ashley Store

We’ve purchased furniture from this Ashley store a few times and have always had a good experience. This time was no exception. The selection was great and we found a living room set we love. We worked with salesman Lance Christman, who was polite, professional, and had a good sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture available, and was able to help us with our questions. He also helped with updating our store card account. All in all, it was a very nice experience and I’m sure we’ll shop here again.

We were looking for a new living room set and our friends have bought furniture here so we thought we would check it out. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount and selection of options. Luckily for us, they were having their President’s Day sale. We found a few sets we liked, but one we both agreed was “the one”. Our salesperson, David, was helpful and available when needed, but also gave us space to look around on our own. I would definitely recommend Ashley Home Furniture to anyone who is looking for any furniture or accessories!

Great experience today at Ashley home store. I had a very random idea to buy 2 new recliners for my sun room, did some research online and had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted when I went in. I was greeted by David, he was friendly,
very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. While I had planned on visiting multiple furniture stores today, He made it easy for me to make my buying decision right then and there. Seamless, quick and easy transaction! Very much appreciated and highly recommend!

We worked with Josiah. He was great! Very personable. He talked to us about what we were looking for, directed us in the right direction and then gave us space to try everything out. Josiah took care of any questions and the purchasing. Our purchase was in stock so we were able to schedule delivery at our convenience. Would definitely recommend.

Johnny was an excellent sale person , greeted us at the door , got a great experience with him very helpful with our family and our needs, work with us tremendously, as they were very great with my child as well , Johnny was playing with my child , even one of the gentleman on management played in the awesome built in house/ activity room in their building with my child ! All around amazing experience with them !

Lance was amazing and gave me the best deal ever. The difficult task of furnishing a new home was made quick and easy. He meticulous explained financing, delivery and the warranty completely, and left me with no questions.Thanks for a great experience.

We came into the location to browse and get an idea for what would work best in our space. Josiah was helpful when needed but gave us our space to where we didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision that day. With his help we were able to find the perfect set for us. He made sure we got the best possible deal and with a baby on the way and a dog friendly home made sure we knew all the benefits of the protection plan. Delivery was scheduled that day and we now have peace of mind knowing everything will be delivered and set up before our baby makes his arrival. This location had several displays as well as a kiosk to help build custom options for your space. We had a great experience and will be back!

Josiah was very helpful, laid back and easy to talk to. He was not pushy nor trying to get us to buy more than what we came for. He even helped me find my cellphone which I temporarily misplaced. Great experience and will buy again!

The Ashley sales rep, David treated me the way I like to shop. He greeted me at the entrance, pointed me in the direction of what furniture I was looking for, was readily available when I was ready to ask questions, answered my questions, went online to find exactly what I wanted, put a deal together, and put a 24 hour hold on what I selected. An hour or so later I called him and completed the deal on the phone. Very easy purchase with no hard sell.

Josiah provided us outstanding service. He was very helpful and extremely personable. He made our first time experience at Ashley very enjoyable.

Joe and David were awesome at Ashley Furniture store. Both knowledge and and did not rush me to make a decision on the cocktail table that I wanted or the recliner that my sister wanted. Showed us both many options to pick from. Prices are great as well.

Store was very clean. They had a very large selection of furniture. After visiting many furniture stores this store was the only one that had what we were looking for and that would fit in our space. And our sales person Johnny was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. I will recommend this store to all my friends. My husband and I stopped at Ashley for the purpose of browsing. We were greeted very nicely at the door and asked if we needed help. After indicating that we were just browsing, we were never followed around or hounded and were able to look around leisurely as we wished. Once I had a question, I went up to a gentleman named Lance who was very informational and kind. After my questions were answered he gave my husband and I time and space to discuss options. He never pushed or made us feel stressed for time or to make a decision. We came to him when we decided we were ready and he helped us through all of the steps with ease. We were thanked for our business on the way out. Lance was very friendly and down to earth, as was all of the staff we interacted with. I received his business card electronically after leaving and will not hesitate to shop there again, or use a Lance. Thank you!
