Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We recently visited Olive Garden with a large group of almost 50 people, and our experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible team of Christa, Tanner, Sam, and Carla. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, organized, and extremely accommodating to our needs. Despite the size of our group and our tight schedule, they managed to deliver an outstanding dining experience that exceeded our expectations.

Christa, Tanner, Sam, and Carla displayed remarkable teamwork and professionalism, ensuring that everyone in our group was served promptly and with a smile. The food was delicious and arrived hot and fresh, a testament to their efficient service and attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by their ability to keep everything running smoothly and on time, making our event stress-free and enjoyable.

The entire staff was fantastic and extremely welcoming. We had come from a long journey on the road and we arrived late the night before Easter. They easily could have pushed us aside but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our server Natasha was wonderful and the manager Doug was very sweet.

We visited your location last night and it was very busy. However Jade did an absolutely amazing job making us feel welcomed and took Very Good Care of us. You see it was my Birthday yesterday and I didn't tell her until the end when I showed her coupon for dessert. She returned with a birthday candle in a bread stick and a glow in the dark sticker and a huge smile. My husband and I have gone out on several special occasion dinners and never been treated so kindly and warm. We didn't have to wait or even ask for things because she knew and had them or asked about them before we had to ask her.
I used to be a waitress for 7 years and I know the industry is Brutal. Customer will take the time for the negative rarely will they take time for the good. I'm taking time today for that greatness.
She has a Bright future ahead of her and we will definitely be back to see her. ( Even though my husband not a fan of pasta )

Food and drinks were amazing. Our server Bethany made us feel welcomed and taken care of by providing us with excellent service. Came in for lunch and it wasn’t too busy. Really clean inside and our food and drinks arrived quickly. Order was 100% accurate and the quality was great.

Food was delicious.. and our waitress Dale was very friendly.. checked on us at appropriate times (when our mouths were empty) brought us everything we needed and then some . Made our experience that much more enjoyable thank you Dale ❤

Kathleen was the BEST server I've had in a long time! Absolute Gem! Great food, great service, was a great time altogether. Made sure to tip her well!

Dinner was delicious, my cocktail was amazing! Our server was upbeat, fast and took good care of us.

Overall, good food and excellent service

We went there during our visit to finger lakes. The place was crowded but our wait time was less than 10 mins. Our server David was polite and attentive and looked after our table with an excellent professionalism and courtesy.

The italian margarita was someone watered down but ok. Other cuisine were on par with usual fare at olive garden. It is a typical Olive Garden but the conduct and attitude of our server was what made the big difference and earns the place a full 5-star.

Amazing experience!! Great food! Peach Belinni Tea was to die for!!!! Service was amazing, shoutout to our server Lilly W. - She took great care of us and was very passionate about her job; she visited us a perfect amount of times, to where we got everything we needed but did not feel annoyed and rushed. 10/10🍝🍹

I get take out from here almost every night, their service and food is always great! They have never once messed up my order. Me and my boyfriend went today and ate inside, not only was there food amazing as always but our server Gavin went above and beyond!

We were seated right away the waitress was amazing and worked with my food allergy.
And the take-home entree was really good the next day.

The minestrone soup was so good! I camouflage stop having bit despite I was full. The spiked strawberry drink was superb. The dessert - I packed 2 for my long drive - for the taste and sugar rush and the amazing taste!!

Great food and ambiance. The salad was fresh and the pastas were nice.

Very nice Italian restaurant with friendly staff. Food tasted great. I ordered chicken and prawn pasta with some veggies.

So good the eggplant parmigiana was a melt in your mouth, the food was so amazing and the green apple Moscato sangria was so delicious, I recommend , the Service was very professional. Thank you Olive Garden.

Service was fast, the environment was nice, and the food was excellent. Overall I had a very nice dining experience at this restaurant. I highly recommend the Tour of Italy.
