I was involved in a extremely difficult custody battle with an alienating parent, who took us through hell with false accusations, manipulation of the courts, along with depriving my daughter and I contact for over 2 years. Although I desperately wanted it settled sooner, Todd's advise and approach gave the opposing parent a full stage to display her blatant willingness to fabricate inconsistent accusations and complete disregard for the court, its assignees, and court orders.
It is a monumental task for a man to get full custody of his daughter when the parents were not married. It is even more difficult when the opposing party has no apparent conscience.
Todd Severt, Blue Sullivan, Jose Lopez, and the staff at the firm were understanding, sympathetic, and firm with their advice.
