I have been a customer of Lynda's for over 20 years. She is always easily accessible to me when I need her whether via phone or my preferred method of email. Kurt and Julie in her office are always so helpful, too. Any inquiry I have I get quick responses. The whole office just beams positivity during any interaction I have with them. I have only had great experience with Lynda and her staff throughout the years that she has been my agent. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt with answering questions. Last year when we were getting a new vehicle and needing coverage switched around, she made it a quick and easy process. I would highly recommend her agency to anyone!

Always difficult to get a hold of Lynda Parman. She seems to be out of the office quite often. When I had an issue with my billing, I finally received a return call and was met with such rudeness and she kept cutting me off. Definitely isn't how I prefer business to be handled.

I have used American Family for years. I have to admit that this agency in Berlin, WI is the least helpful I have ever used. Linda seems arrogant and rude. Her only interest was to pass me off to one of her younger staff. I had farm, vehicle, and other policies with her, and it is time for me to go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is rude and doesn't seem to care about her clients. American family is great but find a different agent with better customer service to provide you with your policies.
