We recently bought 2 couches through H.L. Stephens as well as some furniture in the past and as always, we were highly satisfied! We love that this is a company run by a local family and they always make sure to take care of their customers. We highly recommend them for all of your furniture needs!

Great variety of products and fabric samples. we could even see all the products offered that were not in the showroom in a catalog. We had friendly service that did not pressure us to buy. They were very helpful!! Would come back again and would recommend to everyone!

We walked in here looking for for the right piece of furniture, we walked out new owners of some couches, chairs and a nice rolling coffee table. GREAT prices and no charge for fabric upgrdes

I am fairly new to the area and did not know this business was here. I was looking for a new couch and had gone to several places and couldn't find one I liked. Did a Google search and H.L. Stephens came up so I went and I am so glad I did! Great selection, competitive prices, helpful and friendly staff. Fast delivery and the two guys that did my delivery were great. Professional and friendly, set up was quick and easy. I highly recommend checking this store out!

Great quality of furniture and the delivery folks were great. Very customer focused and very good with their work.
I must add after ordering table and chairs never received and had to get refund. They couldn't explain why this happened

My boyfriend & I purchased a sofa here. We had an excellent experience. The sales associate, Jessi Pennington, was extremely knowledgeable, & helped us select the best style & fabric for our needs. They allowed us to borrow fabric samples to ensure we liked the patterns we selected. Delivery was punctual & extremely smooth. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, & will absolutely be going back for our next furniture purchase.

I've purchased multiple pieces of furniture from H.L. Stephens and it has been worth it each time! As well, Jessica was great in helping me select my furniture and giving me recommendations on fabrics and colors to make it all match. I will be coming back to get more furniture in the future because of the great experience I've had!

Great selection, fair prices. Most of their furniture is better quality than other stores in the area. Jessica helped us pick out a new bed. She was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Will be returning when it's time to replace the couch.

Was so pleased with our experience. The store has beautiful furniture, well set up, a little higher priced than other stores we had been to, but worth it, because it's a higher quality. However as far as my husband and I are concerned, the BIGGEST reason we would come back to this store, and we are going to return at a later date for more items, was your sales person Jessica. Not only was she a lot of fun, she was very professional. She was very informative, on everything we were interested in, which led us to purchase some items, we probably wouldn't have purchased other wise. She wasn't pushy, didnt follow us around the store, didnt hover over us. She was just there when u needed her to be. I hope you let her know what a great job we think she did, and when we come back, it will be her we return to. She is a great asset to have at your store.

Over the past couple of years we have purchased a dining set, accent chair, recliner, carpeting and luxury vinyl flooring at the H.L. Stephens mall location and have never been disappointed. The dining set is beautiful and very unique and the recliner and chair accent our curtains and new floors beautifully. We absolutely love our floors, they are so easy to clean and the installation was phenominal! We were so pleased with the whole experience that we had them measure and install an extra room of flooring that we didn't originally plan on being done. They also were willing to come 55 miles to deliver the furniture and install our floors free of charge! We will definitely continue to do business here for many years to come!

Salesperson Jessica Pennington was amazing. Spent a lot of time with us while simultaneously assisting other customers. Very patient, knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy at all. We struggled with the waiting period and she did what she had to do so we could take the items home that day. Love them all! We will definitely do more business in the future with H.L. Stephens.

Visited the store twice during their huge 75% off sale. Even though the family business had suffered major damage due to flooding everyone was pleasant and helpful. The store was packed with people and there was a line out the door to purchase items. This family run business turned their problems around to try and help others in their community as so many others lost everything in the flooding. Way to go Stephens' family. On a side note they sell quality furniture that they stand by.

Working with Jessica and her team at H.L. Stephens was a superior experience. She was extremely helpful and took into consideration my price range and questions. i didn't feel like I was getting "snow balled" like I did with other competing companies. I will definitely shop there again soon!!

This was a major purchase for my wife and I. In the time spent in the store, we had contact with 4 company personnel. All friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, conveyed a sincere feeling of wanting us there. A very homey atmosphere.

We came in looking for a mattress and met with Jessica. Not only was she very friendly and professional, but very knowledgeable too. She answered all of our questions and took the time to price everything out including the livingroom set we saw at the last minute. Everything is of outstanding quality and reasonably priced. Haven't received delivery yet, but my shopping experience here was excellent. My husband broke his leg and I wanted to purchase a recliner for him on short notice. Other places (Sears, BonTon) had a very limited selection and a 4-6 week delivery time. It's kind of apples to oranges in regards to brand comparison (I had intended to purchase a lay-z-boy), but I found what I needed HL Stephens. I purchased a recliner that was in stock and to be delivered next day. Jessi helped me and she was both efficient and wonderful to work with.

Edit: delivery was actually early and the driver called ahead to make sure that was alright. Needless to say I was very pleased with that.

Shopping was fun and easy. They had exactly what I was looking for and prices were fantastic! Delivery was as promised, the furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely return for another shopping experience!
