Buck Hill Brewery & Restaurant

This place is awesome! The beers are great, service is great and an awesome menu. We had the cold seafood salad special and a fajita salad special. They were very good. Also has the hogs legs. Yummy! Saw lots of food come out - sliders, burgers, other apps and all the food looked great. I can't wait to go back! I wish it was closer.

It was our first time here, and we loved it! The patio scene is great, the beer was tasty, and my food was amazing! (I had the scallop special)
I definitely plan on going back soon.

Wow! Great! I was really impressed by the food. Just fantastic. I was there on a Friday night every seat was filled, people were parking down the road. It had to be for a reason, because the food was so good. It was a great atmosphere and the service was very good polite and courteous. I would highly recommend to a friend

Driving across 80 today from Wayne, NJ to the Finger Lakes region of NY. Spotted a sign along 80 for Buck Hill. Figured I'd give it a try. So glad I did. The beer selections were exceptional and I settled for The Brit. Ordered the Venison burger and it was perfect. Place seems to be filled with a mixture of locals and out-of-towners. Service was great. Wish I had more time in the area to return and try another meal and sample a couple more beers.

Flights of beer was a must because of all the tasty options! Service was on point. Very nice interior!

First time visiting this spot and it was a spontaneous choice. If you walking or biking the Paulinskill Valley Trail near Footbridge Park, this is conveniently one minute away.
What caught my attention outside was the pumpkins and fall-like decor and then their door is fantastically carved with a crazy sick design (you'll see by the picture).

Once inside, it gave me a home-like feel from sitting by the fireplace and the general atmosphere. Our server was Liam and he was polite, attentive and helpful in suggesting choices. The quality of the food was excellent from the fresh taste to the presentation. I ordered the chicken wings w/ hot chili sauce & venison burger w/ fries. To top it off, I paired this meal with a sprite & Oktoberfest Brew.

Lastly, I ordered the cheesecake for dessert and would highly recommend it for its size and freshness. I'll definitely be back because they have an outdoor patio area I'd love to dine at in the warmer months.

Really enjoyed my time here. We sat outside and it was a very relaxing and peaceful environment. The service was fast, the food was presentable and delicious & our waitress was really great too! The strawberry mojito was really weak, and didn’t have much flavor, but overall I was still really happy with my experience. Would gladly revisit. Thanks!!

I’m a city guy visiting relatives in Blairstown! This place was sooo good! The atmosphere is fantastic, fits the area. I’ve never seen crinkle cut sweet potato fries in my life! My mom enjoyed that eggplant sandwich. The Cuban sandwich was good too although I would have preferred the pork pulled. Dad had an awesome burger. Everyone is friendly, even those that aren’t serving you say hi! So many beers to select, I didn’t drink today though. Great spot.

Great menu. Loved the beer on top. Enjoyed a delicious stout. The duck mole special with fried plantains was a real treat!

I’ve been here quite a few times and they have a large selections of beers and drinks made in house. My favorite beer being the sweet blonde. The wings are always delicious and the chili sauce is outstanding.

I just went to one of the specialty wild game nights and the food just blew my mind, I plan on returning for another wild game night and the whiskey and cigar night.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food and management and owners were also very attentive and service oriented at all times. Looking forward to the next event!

The food and the service were outstanding. After a great (first) experience Friday night, we returned Saturday and were not disappointed. On Friday we had a phenomenal server (Michelle, you're awesome). We had the Gorgonzola Bruschetta for an appetizer and it was very good. We both got the Jail Island Salmon. The salmon was quite a nice portion, probably 8-10 oz (at least) along with the perfect portion of gratin potatoes and sauteed spinach. The next evening we had the shrimp taco appetizer (very good), she had Chicken Milanese and I had Yucatan Carnitas, both also very tasty. But the best part of both meals was the Lemon Blueberry Mule...you have to try this drink! After reading some of the negative reviews, I just don't get it. We had a completely different wait staff the second night, but equally fast and courteous service, and the food was outstanding on both occasions...I can't understand the complaints. Yes, it's a little expensive, but the prices are clearly shown on the menu (and online), so why are some people shocked when they get the bill???? I don't understand. We couldn't be more pleased and we will absolutely be back the next time we visit The Rosemary Inn in Columbia. (Thank you Jeanne for the recommendation)

You could also sit inside or outside, which both were very spacious.... they also had a sitting area with a campfire (cept we went during day) so that would have been cool to do at night time.

Our first time there and we will be back! I am more of a wine person, but they had a beer I actually liked and got a growler to go home. Food was amazing, and since we did lunch we have to try dinner next time.

Staff was Awesome! My friend has Parkinson's and it can be really dicey taking him out. The Team at Buck Hill were fantastic, it was New Years Day and even though we couldn't stay, the Buck Hill Team did everything possible to make it a success! Thank you so much!

Came here as a random lunch stop on my way to NYC. My buddy is a beer judge and agreed the Beer though not "perfectly" brewed, was all quite good. The food was excellent. Will be returning here on future drive throughs. Loved the staff!
