I recently found myself having the responsibility to dispose of the personal residence of a deceased client of mine that was living in Florida, I am in Kansas City and the property to get sold was in Defiance, Mo. Mike was incredible - he took full charge of the whole process and made all arrangements to assure the house was ready for sale, determined the pricing in the market, kept me in the know all of the way and never missed a beat - he had all of my answers to my questions before I could even ask them. What a professional he is. You could not ask for a better guide if you have property to sell. This was high end property which often takes a while to market. Mike finished this contract in less than a week on the market and we were asking a high end price - no low balling here to just get it sold. Trust your choice if you pick Mike.

I called to get more information about property listed. He didn’t know how to answer a lot of the questions I had about the property , than out of the sudden I Got hang up ! Very rude and unprofessional and I was really interested on the property. I hope the owner of the property find out that he is turning away potential buyers. That’s a shame.
