New Richmond Alpaca Farm

I bought a beautiful Grey neck warmer. It is well made, high quality & so soft. The price was very reasonable for such quality. I absolutely love it & will definitely be purchasing more items from them. I met Lori & she was so nice to talk to. Greatly appreciate good customer service.

Nice place has a lot of potential. The shops nice But a little pricey. Couple complaints our family showed up it was only about 230. the lady that runs the place told us that if we had been there for 10 minutes that we need to leave the animals are getting antsy. I get it but she could have been a little bit nicer about it I think she was the one getting antsy. All in all decent place the staff indoor and outdoor very friendly the one that runs it needs to work on her attitude a little bit And maybe handled the situation a little better maybe smaller groups?

The web site said they were open and on the day we went ,an open animal walk through. We got there and it was closed. No one around. I tried to call but no answer. My daughter was heart 💔 she spent the whole day reading a book about alpacas.
