I have lived in this area over 30 years I think one time I came here today I decided to do lunch. I got the Turkey Cranberry melt with fries. The sandwich was excellent the fries were good wish they were hotter but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The waitress was attentive.. I will have to visits again.

This place is usually good but, I was really disappointed tonight. I ordered their curbside dining and got grilled tenderloin sautéed portobello over mashed potatoes & broccolini and shrimp vodka riggies which both entrees came up to $38.88. The grilled tenderloin was raw and inedible, it was still cold! I don't mind a rare steak but this was disgusting. I called to let them know and Jim said he could remake it but didn't tell me when it'd be ready....One of the salad dressings were wrong also. UPDATE They called me back and offered to deliver the food to me! But I was leaving my house anyway so I picked it up. The guy was super apologetic and gave me a free meal for the inconvenience. They totally made up for their mistake. The steak was cooked this time and they even gave me another salad. That was more than expected and I appreciate the effort to fix their wrong. I will be returning because even though we had a hiccup their food is still delicious!

After many years I’m so happy to have rediscovered this amazing little restaurant. Perfect, fresh, delicious eats!

Popped in for lunch from the Thruway after it was recommended by a former local. The place was perfect for our lunch needs and the food was delicious and fast. A rather lively restaurant in contrast to the rest of the block with it's empty storefronts. Was thrilled to see the Oneida stamp on the silverware. A truly local establishment. I will absolutely visit again.

Stopped there for lunch today. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The lunch was exceptional. The homemade roasted red pepper and gouda soup was phenomenal. We will definitely be back again next time we're in town.....

Delicious apple bacon salad, delicious tomato bisque soup, zuchini fries are good but they are fried not baked, so it’s not exactly diet friendly. Curbside service is easy.
Wish they had more options/ healthier options in the price range of 5-6 dollars for a quick work lunch, can’t afford 10 or 12 dollars very often

Just went there recently. I absolutely love the textures of the French fries! Wished I had more. Had the minestrone soup. Tasted great! I would love to have a pasta fagioli soup or even a French onion.

The food was very tasty and delicious! Nice server and atmosphere.

I keep coming back to this place for lunch. You won't find a better value anywhere else. Small place but sends out incredible food! You will not be disappointed!

Best random cafe experience in my life! Really good vegetarian options.
The turkey wrap can be easily converted to a vegan wrap substituting the turkey for some lettuce and cucumbers, and the result is AMAZING!

Had a great lunch today with my wife and daughter. Chicken noodle soup, vegetable panini, mac and cheese panini and grilled turkey and avocado sandwich were all delicious and served quickly despite being very busy. Thanks Jim Burdick and staff!!

I have been going to Napoleon's since the day they opened... it is my go-to for anyone visiting at lunch time! I'm drooling thinking about their fabulous roast beef au jus. Burger is GREAT! And if you happen to be lucky enough to be there and the pasta nachos are on the menu.. no choice. GET THEM. YOU ARE WELCOME.

I got the Wing Bread and it was one of the tastiest things I have ever had! Breading was delicious and great flavor overall!

The food and service here is always amazing, especially the specials for the day. Order ahead when riggies are available- they go fast for a reason!!!
