I had a leak in my roof between the house and the attached garage. They ripped out a minimum number of shingles, installed water/ice barrier, all new flashing, and new matching shingles. Since there was not appropriate venting, they put a ridge vent on top of the peak. They also installed a large round, decorative vent above the 2nd floor in front of the house.
James, the sales associate, was great to work with, as was Keith (coordinated the installation dates) and Garrett (oversaw the work and made sure the crew has what they needed).
The work was done in a professional manner, and Carlos, the lead installer, was a pleasure to work with.

It is not very often that a company sits at your table and says look we are the best and because of that the prices may be a little higher. From that moment of honesty, I made my decision. That did not stop me from getting 8 other professional roofers on my house to hear them out. (Turns out not the best cost just as much)None of them offered the honesty, transparency, professionalism or frankly the job that Ally did. Some needed two weeks, some couldn’t get done all that I wanted, some had no finance options. From the start Ally said we can do everything you need and you deal with us. They showed me every payment option imaginable and quickly offered other options when they could tell I wasn’t looking for a long term investment, but just a little time. Then of course there is the consummate professionalism from the point person you meet from the beginning, mine was Justin, to the site workers and supervisors, my home was respected, my time was respected and my grievances were validated and rectified. This was a difficult decision surrounding essentially all you hold dear with your most important investment and it’s fair to say at times I was difficult. At the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted, but more than that I got the peace of mind that my roof is built by the best around. That’s something money cannot buy. Thank you Ally Roofing for being exactly what you said you would be. I think it’s important to note that this craftsmanship is under warranty and all of my services where completed in two days time.

Ally's quote came in at the best price I found. This made me skeptical of the service I would experience. HOWEVER, they were the most professional, kind, enjoyable crew I've ever worked with. They spent extra time on the details, explained what they were doing, and why they were doing it. Each one of their employees showed me respect (which doesn't always come from construction-type employees).

James was the first contact and he truly is wonderful. He was very prompt, explained things in a way that a layperson could understand. The day of the replacement the crew arrived at 7:30am and my whole roof was replaced and everything cleaned up by 5:45pm. Hard workers, diligent and phenomenal!

Will, Jake and his team did an outstanding job on our rubber membrane roof. It was a very big job; skylights replaced, fascia board, and removal and replacement of rotted wood. The finished product was extremely professional, as was their work ethic and attitude during the project. We did have a wait for the skylights due to supply chain issues, but the communication and updates were consistent. I would highly recommend Ally roofing!

Noah Ringer was delightful to work with when our roof was leaking water into our bedroom. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and returned to our condo the same day so we could sign contracts. Our roof was patched two days after our meeting. Keith and his crew did a great job. My roof is no longer leaking, and they were thorough in their cleanup.

Following the purchase of our new home, my wife and I engaged Ally to check on a recently installed roof that showed signs of poor worksmanship. What they discovered was outright negligence and significant structural issues — such as holes in the decking that were simply shingled over for the purposes of making the sale.

Ally walked us through photo and video evidence taken during their examination of our roof and gave us the bad news that the only sure fire way to avoid thousands in water damage during the winter would be a full roof replacement. One side note: shortly after the roofing work was completed, a local fireplace design contractor caused new structural damage to our home while running a new chimney by cutting into our ridge beam without consulting us. Ally Roofing stepped in to make the necessary repairs at our request and treated it like an urgent matter themselves, prioritizing the safety and soundness of our home heading into winter despite an already full schedule on their end that hadn’t accounted for additional work beyond initial scope of service. The caring and diligence they bring to every job is readily apparent, and we’re So So Thankful to Ally Roofing for saving us from two separate acts of negligence in a such a short time frame!!

Will and the team at Ally Roofing inspected and replaced the roofs of 2 homes we own in Saratoga Springs and one in CT.
