Super knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and no pressure to purchase. I spent over an hour trying different vapes and juices. They were extremely patient with me! They want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

I have been to a ton of vape shops throughout CNY. Never have I been to a vape shop that was more inviting and provided such a helpful and positive atmosphere! The manager Jake is extremely knowledgeable and has impeccable customer service skills! All his staff were extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful! Needless to say I have not been to any other vape shop since. Phenomenal service. Extremely friendly, inviting, just an amazing shop full of amazing people!!!!

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, they have a large selection of good products at a great price point. They are an excellent place to go to especially if you're just starting off.

Great smoke shop with a great variety of e-liquids and Vape products. The Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can also try any flavor before purchasing so you know you like what you are buying. They are also one of the few places to purchase the Smok Nord and Coils.

Unique Ecigs in Oneida New York has by far the nicest store and an even nicer staff, the store manager, Jacob, is very knowledgeable and will help you out with whatever you may need, or with whatever problem you are experiencing whether it’s simple or a bigger problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Aaron the manager in oneida is a super knowledgeable guy laid back and no problems explaining everything I needed to know. Was very upfront about my purchase let me know everything I needed to know about the product.

I was in the store in Oneida NY and the 2 guys there did an amazing job with helping and very informative on the products and they didn’t push me to buy things that I didn’t know much about or like but I did buy a new vaping unit along with extra coils and 2 bottles of e juice

I'll be real, I'm a unique ecigs guy to the bone. I was out and about, ran out of liquid and stopped in to the new Oneida spot. Walked in Anon Ymous style. Super fun staff, professional management and knowledgeable! I give gold stars for the day. I'm very sure they'd earn it any day 👍

The most personal experience you can get at a vape shop. Friendly and knowledgable staff, fair prices and an excellent selection of ejuice, mods, pod systems, CBD, and everything else vape oriented. Definitely recommend; by far the best experience at a vape shop I have ever had.
