Great and fast service! Clean dining room and bathrooms. All you can ask for in a McDonald's.

I came here while my car was being repaired next door. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. Drive thru was busy with dinner rush. I placed my order in the kiosk but had to pay I'm cash. I was immediately helped and cashed out. I asked of cpuould have new fresh fries and they told me no problem. They even brought them to my table. I worked 4.5 years in fast food. 2.5 of those years as a manager and those were example employees, down to the smile and all. Thank you.

Large order via mobile. Went thru drive thru to pick it up and all went very smooth. Very courteous and food order was quick and on point.

The few times we have gone there, the experience and food is excellent.

Great customer service! Our orders are served quickly and accurate. Tonight we had to wait a little longer for my husband's burger. It didn't seem that long but the staff through in two apple pies for our inconvenience. Keep up the great work.

The last visit I had was really good. The staff through the drive-thru was friendly at both windows and the order speaker. They were extremely busy yet still kept a professional attitude and they were kind. I appreciate the positive vibe that I received on my last visit.

Went through their drive thru twice today. The line was long but kept moving at an incredible rate. The food was great and the iced coffee was perfect. I went for ice cream and was pleasantly surprised that their machine was working and the staff was so friendly. We have not been able to get ice cream at any of the Delaware locations any time we've tried for months.

Stopped briefly to meet a friend here. The service was great. The manager was personable, the associates were polite, prompt and made sure that we were served as fast as possible. McDonald's is fast convenient and they are everywhere but the service isn't always there.
This location takes service seriously. They thanked me for choosing them, they went above and beyond to make sure that my order was good. The restaurant was clean, orderly and we'll presented.

Food was made exactly as I asked for it to and the staff was friendly. A breath of fresh air when it comes to McDonald's.

I always order my food through the app before picking it up and I've never had a problem with this McDonald's. All the workers I've encountered have been nice and I've always received my food quickly.

Tonight we had the best service from the kind-hearted, friendliest crew in drive-thru and those who made my cheeseburgers, my daughter's cheeseburger correctly and neatly. With a visiting manager who made the most of the situation because of the 3 day holiday. The photos show a raccoon finding a meal for himself

I am rating this as a McDonald's, compared to other fast food type locations. I have been through this drive thru at least a half dozen times. Everytime, the food has been hot, served quickly, and is the correct order. The line moves quickly at this location which leads me to believe they are consistently staffed appropriately and are trained well. It isn't a McDonald's to drove out of the way to, but know you are getting the product you want here served well.

Very nice visit. 1st time being at this location and everything was fresh and hot.
But as all fast food restaurants.... Please know how to build the burger so you can pick it up and eat it instead of rebuilding it so its stacked correctly.
A neater fish sandwich is more appetizing than 1 just thrown in box..

Dined in with children at 4:30 PM on a Friday. Clean, speedy, and accurate. Met or exceeded our expectations.

Quick service after placing our order. The girl taking our order was very friendly and very quick at entering our order. The manager was super friendly and came around to see if everything was ok. The food was well prepared and hot. The manager also was going around making sure the restaurant was clean and neat. This McDonald's is one of the best I have visited.

Fast service and great food. I don't understand everyone else's reviews.. be more patient! This was my first job back in the day and I see lots of young faces! My only complaint is with the condiments if we ask please hand them out!! Overall love this location and they always fit my needs!!

Drive thru is always busy, but they always get you through quickly. They have never gotten my order wrong. Friendly staff.

I love McDonald's fish filet. This one was especially good. The bun was steamed to perfection. The cheese was centered on the filet instead of being slightly askew. Also, the tartar sauce ratio was perfect. Honestly this was the first sandwich where the sauce didn't squirt onto my shirt. If I knew I could order another one that was just as perfect...I would have one before work every day.

Grand kids enjoyed their food. Service was fast.

love the history of this McDonalds. Right across the street from the old grain mill; plain city is a farming town and still has its country roots. People are nice and hard working. If your ever visiting Plain City hit this business up.
