Timmy's Time Out Bar & Grill

Nice place to stop. We were looking for a nice place that served burgers, or wraps, or salads and sandwiches. We stopped in and we were very pleased. Looks newer and well thought out. We both had burgers, one with fries, one with chips. Both were very good.

Stopped while on way thru. Great food and atmosphere. Fried pickles were AMAZING! Get them! Chef salad was unimpressive but still good. Chicken bacon ranch wrap was decent. FRESH homemade chips with sip were also phenomenal. They also make homemade ranch. Delicious.

This place gets a perfect score on atmosphere, food quality, prices, cleanliness, and friendly service. We found them because we were traveling through and wanted to stop and watch the Cheifs game. Naturally, we wanted to eat also. Their food is fantastic. They take great pride on the food that they serve. We made, hopefully, lifetime friends with owners and staff. Can't wait to visit on Fish Fry Fridays AND their famous Fried Chicken!!!

This certainly a locals place to gather and eat. Good indication for good food. We ate from there Friday fish menu. My husband the shrimp dinner with side of New England Clam chowder. I had Perch dinner. Both came with salad bar & potato. I wish the perch had a little more seasoning but enjoyed. Salad bar just the right size. Bakers good. Soup very good, alcoholic drinks good. Good experience and do recommend. Just passing thru!

Stopped in to check the place out and have a drink. The bartender was friendly. Plenty of seating. They have a really good menu but wasn't hungry at the time. Will stop in again and try something off the menu.

When I say Timmy's Time Out Bar & Grill has the best burgers I mean it. It's not a pre-cooked frozen patty like many bars. It's not automatically cooked well done like many bars. I had the Badger Burger with extra jalapeños on a pretzel bun and it was honest to God one of the best burgers I've had, and it was a $15 meal to boot!

Food was full of flavor, and the burger cooked just right. The homemade chips where awesome. Our server was the bomb, we will definitely be going back.

Great food. Burger, fries, chips were all exceptional. The fries specifically were flawless.

Tiniest complaint, not enough French onion dip with the chips. And it wasn't great to begin with. But the chips themselves where phenomenal. The softish warm kind.

Nice people, delicious food & a good portion size. Good prices & they even have a little area with toys for the little ones. Definitely recommend

A bunch of my friends went to different restaurant that is on Castle Rock Lake for a burger and apparently they had changed owners and jacked up the prices. $19 for a burger which is crazy! That is when we went to Timmy's. Good prices, good food, and great service! We'll be back.

Had the fish on Friday. It was some of the best around. Very reasonably priced. Will do again soon.

It was a rainy day. Went for lunch. Not many people there. Had one of the Specials. Lots of food, but just ok. I would go back to try something else.

We stopped on the way back from Door County. The service was exceptional. They have a great menu variety, and the food was awesome.

This place is a great little hidden bar and grill. The place was super busy and the staff kept up. Everything we had was great. I recommend trying the fried pickles!

I have tried all the other places around Mauston and this was the last place I have visited, such a small town with so many options and all Good, Timmy's is a relatively new place with a nice set up of screens and a big bar. Good food and service.

We always go to Timmy's while in Mauston. Great place to eat, fish is amazing on Fridays. They also have a great drink menu to include my favorite drink - Grasshoppers. Very nice to eat inside, we aren't fans of bars but this more of a restaurant vibe - well lit, clean and inviting. Salad bar was good, and they always have good beers on tap like Leinenkugel's to go with the meal. I wanted to rate them great on Trip Advisor, not even listed which blows me away. Highly suggest while in town or living in the area for a great place to eat. Family friendly. Only thing we dislike is a credit card fee added on when used, we try to bring cash if we remember.
