What a great experience working with Diane (and Bill). So responsive, so friendly and they got things done quickly and perfectly and for a fair price.

We were having problems with our VHF transmitting but not receiving. Our horn stopped working as well. Quick dispatch of tech found speaker issue, cracked horn, and batteries that were at end of their life. We go out 60 miles to fish so having reliable batteries and a working VHF is critical. They came through quickly and got things done before the weekend fishing trip. Couldn't be happier.

I have been boating for decades and my recent interaction with Hampton Bays Navigation is at the top of my list. I was experiencing trouble with my KVH internet access that KVH was having trouble diagnosing. Bill was recommended to me as a local resource and he quickly jumped on the problem and sent a tech to look at it. Not satisfied with the progress, he came out to the boat himself for a look, removed the dish and put it through some testing. Finding the problem, we decided to replace the dish with a new Starlink system. Again, Bills team acted quickly, obtained the dish and related parts, crafted a custom bracket for a perfect fit and quickly sent his team out to install the starlink, which works perfectly.
Responsiveness, expertise and fairness—couldn’t ask for more. Happy I found Bill, Diane and the rest of the team.

Great Company working with Diane in the office is a pleasure. They have installed two radar units for me on both my boats, and other electronics. They do excellent work.

I have been a repeat customer of Hampton Navigation for many years. Most recently, they installed a KVH LTE WiFi dome on my new boat. To no fault of theirs, the unit died on me at 3pm, the night before a big trip. I called Dianne at the shop. She advised me that they had an exact replacement in stock. With the aid of KVH's amazing customer service, they had the new unit installed and running live before 6pm that day. Kudos to a job well done.

I've used this company for years on my cruiser, they are responsive to the needs of their customers and they do a great job with their work, recently I upgraded my navigation system and put in $11,000.00, I have so much confidence in them that I paid them IN ADVANCE! Great job! No complaints, they accommodated my schedule by arriving at 7AM MORE THEN ONCE! what more can you ask for? I've had other companies service my cruiser and this one is the best, their prices are reasonable, their work is superb, professional and they care!

bought a unit at the boat show and capt Bill said he would come on my boat and show me how to use the system...purchased my new fishfinder came out awesome...called diane to set up appt with Bill and he out right refused after the install..not a man of his word....poor business practices everyone else was great..

I have worked with Hampton Navigation for years. Avoid company if you can. While they have the ability to do good work but they can't seem to figure out how to organize their time, figure out what customer service really means, and worst of all not lie about what they will do or when they will come. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of alternative companies in the area, so Hampton Navigation has been able to continue operating the way that they do and get away with it.

I would tell everyone to "BE WEARY - PROCEED WITH CAUTION". If you have to use them, get a written estimate in advance including a commitment of when they will come to do the work, even though it probably means nothing as they will do and say whatever they want with little regard for you or what you need and when you need it. This review is from dealing with them for years now, and I just have had enough and need to warn people in the hopes that they will not share my frustration and disappointment.
