China Buffet

Great buffet, price was usual price post- covid. I could only give the food 4 stars bc I'm not used to general taos chicken being so soft. I'm used to gt chicken being crunchy. Service was fast. Some lady complained at checkout about someone blowing their nose at their own table ( it was me lol and I used a napkin and did it towards the corner of my booth away from any food.). The service was top notch. The workers wipe down every table after someone leaves, this place is 1,000 percent a clean restaurant.

This place is one of favorite across the entire country. The food is so good and the service is always good.

Just wanted to add something I forgot before,

The green bean dish is so good and fresh, how fresh? Look at the pictures. They do this every day that I've seen. I always look forward to the green beans here :)

I have passed by this place many times and never had a desire to give it a try. Then I had a couple people recommend it, one saying it's the only Chinese restaurant they'll go to. So I thought, why not? There was a great variety to choose from and everything I sampled was delicious except maybe the fried rice which I was a little bummed about. I'm a huge fried rice fan and this didn't have much taste. Some of my favorites were the baked crabmeat, crispy chicken and bourbon chicken. I had some little coffee roll dessert that I had to go back for seconds on. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Could definitely use a deep clean.

This Chinese Buffet is the best buffet I've been to in a few hour radius. Been coming here for over 15 years several times a month! Always hot and fresh! Never disappointed.

We've dined at this location for several years & the food is good and the service excellent. I always find enough variety that satisfies my appetite. The atmosphere is a little dark, with windows only at the front & rear of the building. We couldn't find a seat near a window, which was a little disappointing, but we got what we came for...good food. Thanks to them, I won't have to cook supper!

Nice variety of food. The service is good and the food was kept full and was fresh.

The food was so good, stopped on the way to drop off load, and stopped back a few days later on my way back

The fried rice was amazing. Don't really know what was different, but it's really good. Good selection.

I eat at this location several times on my travels through Wisconsin as a truck friendly location very worth the visit. And I must mention the peanut butter chicken is freaking awesome. Can’t get enough of it.

I was thoroughly impressed. I went in open minded but excepting greasy fried food. It wasnt greasy and lots of non fried items. They even had hard ice cream for dessert. The pepper chicken and broccoli chicken were my favorites. My daughter loved the peel and eat shrimp. For being in Wisconsin the sushi was pretty good too. The service was fantastic and friendly. If I lived here I would definitely come back!

Large selection of all your favorite Chinese go-to's. They have truck and bus parking as well.

This buffet has truck parking so I try to stop every time I come through. The food is good and they stay busy enough that it's always fresh.

Excellent food, friendly staff. If we are eating out when visiting Mauston, this is always our first choice.

Truck parking in the lot. They're building a Dunkin right next to it so the truck parking will be slightly reduced soon.

Best buffet I’ve had in a while. Chicken had no inedible fat, everything fried was fresh and delicious. Did not try the soup so I cannot comment but from the looks it looked average. Variety of desserts and cold salads without seeming overwhelming. Not from this area but I would go as soon as I’m in the area again. Best part was it was very inexpensive. 15 bucks a head. Nowadays that buys you a meal at any garbage fast food establishment. Very pleasantly surprised. Best dishes were the bourbon chicken, peanut butter chicken, crab Rangoon and the donuts are always a win when piping hot and fresh.
