Prices were kinda high but the place was nice and the cheese was amazing. It was really cool that they had buckets of free samples. The Limburger cheese was absolutely disgusting 😂 I've always heard Limburger was some smelly nasty cheese and the rumors were definitely true. 🤢 🤮 🤢

Definitely worth a stop for quick access to local Wisconsin cheese — they even have samples of their block and pub cheese assortments. Don’t miss the photo by the mouse or the cows out front or even have a cow couch out front (“cowch”?) for fun photos with the family. You can make a quick stop to and from Wisconsin Dells. Since it’s right off the highway. Lots and lots of different jams, honeys, salsa‘s, barbecues and pickled items.

Stop EVERY time, EACH WAY between Twin Cities and Chicago. UNBELIEVABLE product this is simply the best cheese I've had in my 60 years. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

I worked in Wisconsin for a couple years and Cheese Curds ewas the thing that I remembered. I decided to stop at the first cheese place that I saw so that I could take home some cheese. Little Frozen pieces of cheese that needs to solve 48 hours before breading and deep frying otherwise you won't get the squeak on the cheese.

The ladies here are the cutest lil things. They hide the smaller bags of cheese curds behind the counter, LOL. Can you imagine driving back to Minnesota eating an entire bag of cheese curds before it melts. My wife an I ate the entire bag of cheese curds on the way back to Hastings.

For a small shop it has SO MANY different local cheeses, vast selection! There are also quite a bit of souvenirs that are actually cool. Will always make sure to stop by again.

Enjoyed our stop here, it was nice to sample so many different cheese spreads, they were all so good. We bought several different ones and a few souvenirs. I loved the large mouse statue outside, really cute, pleasant staff and nice clean store!

Love stopping there to get some good cheese curds and to see if they have any new cheese.

Traveling to the Woodside fields for 5 days of baseball and had to stop.

Great store with excellent samples of so many yummy items. Too many product to choose from. Easy apple pay credit or cash made it simple to buy more than we needed.

Stayed for lunch. Plenty of rooms with more than 20-30 tables. Pictures on walls showing local artist and ready to purchase.

Good amount of food choices. Staff kept us hydrated and bellies full.

My new favorite stop on the way through. So many tasty cheeses, no preservatives! If you like carefully made food by people who obviously give a darn, swing in on off the Mauston exit, it's right there next to the truck stop restaurant. They moved from their old cute little building right on the northeast corner of the freeway interchange into the truck stop. This gave him a lot more room so you got even more opportunities for cheeses! They have a fun Wisconsin beer cellar too.

Great selection of Cheese. And everything to go with. They do have a bathroom. Great Cheese!!!!!! And samples too!
