Chula Vista Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This is the first resort I/we’ve stayed at in the Dells. We stayed in early January, and everything was great in terms of expectations. The outdoor jacuzzi was awesome, the indoor waterpark made a couple middle-aged people feel like kids again. Mild gripe: I know it’s probably tough to staff in January, and we were there on a Monday and Tuesday, but we - and some others we spoke with - were disappointed that the waterpark bar wasn’t staffed, and that’s why I only gave service four stars. Every employee with whom we interacted was awesome, from the younger ones to the older ones. It was a great stay and we will be back one day.

The Chula Vista was very nice for our convention. Would of liked having better sense of directions finding a closer door from parking to room. Having better directions finding hot tub and pool. Would appreciate longer hot tub and pool hours for adults. I wanted info in our room for services or: massage. Need ed TV guide.

We had a wonderful stay here. They had a convention here that kinda took over the common areas. Desk staff was great, staff at bar and coffee shop were average. Rooms were wonderful staying in the golf villa's. Looking forward to coming again in the summer to enjoy everything from golf, mini putt, and outdoor water park.

Had a great time with the family! Room was clean but had some wear/damage which was to be expected. The water park was a blast and the entire staff was awesome!! Game room was a little small and some of the games were broken. We will definitely be back soon!!

The room is a really nice size it looked to be cleaned but it had a pissy smell to it. I cleaned the room twice and throughout the day and night the smell just stayed lingering. It's very hard to sleep. I had a great time though.

Fun and well-maintained indoor and outdoor waterparks. Clean and updated rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Good facilities for business or church gatherings. Restaurant on premises (didn't try), and close to downtown Dells where there are dozens of restaurant choices.

We went with friends for the day to enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water park. We enjoyed the accessibility to be able to go inside or outside as we pleased.

There are numerous water slides and activities inside and outside, including a water coaster, raft, body and mat slides, and a lazy River. There are plenty of places to sit both inside and outside and places to be in the sun and protected from it as well.

My only complaint was that when we were ordering drinks the worker was talking on his phone while guests were waiting to be served. A manager did come over and address the situation, which was good. Other than that, it was a great place to spend a day!

We booked this spring break trip last minute. We took our 4 kids, ages 3, 6, 6 and 12. They had a blast at the indoor water park! It is perfect for kids their ages. We had a 2 bedroom condo room. It fit us perfectly. The room was nice and clean. We definitely plan on visiting again.

A great value for what you are getting. A very nice space with a master bedroom with a king size bed, another room with 2 queen size beds, a small full kitchen with all appliances and food ware (cutlery, plates) with tickets to Noah's Ark Waterpark all for the price of what it was going to cost us just to go to the Waterpark. Everything was clean and kept up. We had a great stay and will do it again.

my Dad went to a conference here, and me and my friend went to the water park and it was super amazing!! also, the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous😍 definitely recommend.

Go the extra mile with getting a condo room currently with the warm season the low cost suite rooms in the main building they are having a kissing bug infestation, they switched my room 4 times last night all but the final room had bugs in them, and the first 3 were in the main building, so rooms 4000 thru 4300s, the final time they moved me they upgraded me to a 3000 dollar room at no additional cost and instantly became my favorite resort ive been all over the country and no where will you find such considerate staff, they understand the problems their hotel is facing i wont forget this vacation

Was here about 17 years ago. Great place then. Even better now. Will be my go-to for the dells trips. Good size indoor ans outdoor water parks. Rooms are spacious. We had a king room with a pull out sofa. The room also had a balcony overlooking the river and riverwalk. Resort sits off the beaten path out of the city. They have built onto the property. I like to see that as Mt Olympus ( where we went first and the rooms were disgusting) has bought up a bunch of old Norman Bates motels as their accommodations. Very nice property. No issues the 2 days we were there. At this time they do not have the capability to do room charge. So bring a card or cash with you. All in all great place and will definitely come back. Also I paid $250 a night which was worth it in my opinion.

I love coming to Chula Vista . I remember being a kid and coming here . And always wanted to see the beautiful location and getting away from home .

I was so happy with our 2 night stay. The reception and lobby was really inviting and the room was clean and had modern necessities and I was relieved once we walked in. The water park was fun and there was an area for my young children. The arcade was entertaining. The staff was helpful too. Well with the reasonable price we paid. We stayed at major locations and paid more money before and left dissatisfied. We will so stay at Chula Vista again.

This was my first trip to Wisconsin Dells, and I'm so glad we went! I brought my 2 pre-teen boys, and we all had a BLAST! We rented a Studio condo and it was HUGE! The fire place was such a nice touch and the hot tub in the room was fantastic! Im not sure if it was just the location of the room, but it was very quiet! Didn't hear any noise from any neighbors or out in the hall. As it was March and pretty cold out, we really liked the underground tunnel over to the water park area. The water slides were so much fun, as well as the lazy river. There were a lot of people there, but it wasn't crowded at all. At most we waited about 5 minutes for a turn on the water/roller coaster. The staff were all so very smiley and pleasant to talk to! Every one that we encountered greeted us with smiles and a friendly word.
Overall, this was a perfect spring break trip. My only regret is not trying it sooner!!!

We ate at Kaminski's chop house.... the food was amazing! And the service was incredible....best steak I have had since the last time I was there!

We met our son, his partner and our 3 year old granddaughter for a weekend at the water park. Chula Vista has grown a lot since we were last here. The condo we stayed in was close to the food and the water park. It provided plenty of room for five. The buffets were much more budget friendly than ordering from the menu. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely plan to return.

Stayed here over Easter weekend for a convention, we had a blast! The service was amazing, friendly staff, and a beautiful property. We enjoyed the water park and the hot springs spa! We again dined in the restaurant downstairs, the food was great! 10 out of 10 recommend, we will be back!!

This place is so great. If you want to use the water park here, you might as well stay here. A pass to swim is $50 a person otherwise.... I think they want to discourage people from swimming here if they aren't hotel guests...

Food, hotel, swimming all 5 stars.... prices.... meh... They gouge you.
