Truva Turkish Kitchen

One of the best experiences I have had in a while. Our server was amazing and went out of his way to make us feel special. The menu is diverse but not overwhelming. Wine was fantastic. The hummus appetizer was served with warm pita bread. I had the seafood pasta and it was amazing. The restaurant is beautiful, don't let the location fool you.

Second time here and we were just as impressed as the first. We came here for the Sultan's Favorite. We love it and it is very hard to find. We started with the appetizer sampler for two. Everything on it was seasoned perfectly. The bread is a highlight too! This is a must try if you haven't visited before.

Went on a whim due to the location. I WILL BE BACK!! Over the top, fabulous. The atmosphere was very nice. Romantic, yet cozy and family-friendly. Every single bite of food was truly wonderful. The fresh hot baked bread was the best. I can't wait to go back. This will become a regular spot for this vegetarian. The Turkish coffee is AmAzInG. The staff was 5-star quality. Every one of them was kind and attentive.

Oh my! My daughter had a day off and she and I love to eat at restaurants that we have not been too in Cincinnati. She said she heard from her FB physicians that Truva is really good to have a date and brunch. It was one of the best Mediterranean food I have in Cincinnati ❤🙏🏽♥

I had the octopus salad, absolutely incredible. A lemon drop martini made by Joseph, such a wonderful bartender. Joseph was friendly, kind, and recommended my food.

The environment is so peaceful. I’m looking forward to many more visits and their new location!

Such a treat

My sister and I had an amazing dinner at Truva on New Year’s Eve. We had so much fun! Especially with Yusuf Nazli’s service! He took amazing pictures and took great care of us the whole night. The Baklava was my favvvvorite dish with their amazing ice cream. Thank you Yusuf 🤍

The kebab I ordered was overcooked, but my waiter made sure I had a new plate, with the correct temperature kebab, right away. I love the atmosphere and my server was very attentive. The only knock I have is that Truva is a little pricey. Besides that, everything was great .

everything is always delicious here! we got the lamb kebab, moussaka, and lentil soup. the dipping for the bread is also amazing. the ambiance is upscale but approachable. the flavors are fresh and interesting!

Our server Sammie was very pleasant, attentive, and good at explaining the menu options. Had the Appetizer Sampler and Chef's Mixed Grill. Everything was very tasty and fresh.The meat was perfectly tender and delicious. We paid compliments to the chef Sarop and she was gracious to come over to our table. Love the service, ambience, and food!

This was everything I hoped it would be. A nice relaxing place with great food and great staff to unwind. Yousef was a rockstar and very attentive. I had the Iskendar Kebab and it was phenomenal.

Amazing food. Great service and beautiful ambience. Around 15 mins drive from downtown cincinnati. Worth the trip. Every one of the item we ordered tasted so good!!.

Went out for Turkish food this evening in Kenwood. For starters I got the Efe's beer which is a Turkish beer, I'm glad I tried it but I typically like dark beer. He got the truva ladybug which is whiskey, blackberry syrup and lime and was divine!

For appetizers we got spinach borek and meat pie. Both are made with phyllo for a flaky pastry and the spinach was wonderful. It had fresh salty mozzarella spinach and spices and the meat pie had the phyllo with ground beef and lamb with spices and served with some kind of marinara sauce.

I had the lamb shish kebobs and he had the shepherd casserole and both were very good. I'm a little on the fence with the Bulgar pilaf, spices were excellent just not sure if I like the Bulgar. He had rice with his.

For dessert we had caramelized milk pudding which I instantly fell in love with, it was not overly sweet and gently caramelized and topped with cinnamon. I also had Turkish coffee which came in this cute vessel. I wasn't expecting it to be as it was with the grounds but it's traditional and was good.

Server was attentive and nice and loved the decor.

I had a fantastic experience at Truva in Cincinnati! The food, especially the Adana kebab, was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere inside made the whole dining experience even better. Murat, the owner, clearly excels in multiple aspects of restaurant management. I was particularly impressed by the hygiene standards, cleanliness, and the focus on serving healthy food. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience

We came here with a large group of friends and we were seated very quickly even though they were quite busy. I don’t even know where to start but this has been one of the greatest Turkish cuisines that I have had in the 23 years that I have been eating Turkish food. The food is FANTASTIC, genuine authentic Turkish food. The taste is still lingering on the tip of my tongue as I’m writing this. Cooked perfectly, and served hot. Can’t say enough, the service was also top notch. Really hard to find great food and service together and this place is one of the gems.

We were there for a birthday celebration, and it was just a wonderful experience. Service was outstanding, and the Food was fantastic. Julia, the owner, was very welcoming. As a starter, they served freshly baked bread with olive oil and spices to dip in. Then we got the delicious sampler appetizer. I love the grape leaves. The portions of the food were delicious and enough to share. I recommend this place for a unique experience and good food.

We had an excellent dinner at Truva. Our server Cigdem was very nice and made excellent recommendations. We can’t go wait to go back to Truva. Thank you so much Cigdem for making our night so great!

The food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. A group of my friends made reservations and the atmosphere was lively with a view of the kitchen as we were sat down. Service was prompt that day throughout. We ordered drinks, the Appetizer Sampler to try a bit of everything, the Mixed Grill for 4 and Sultan's Favorite. There was a little bit of a wait because it was busy that day (Sunday ~6 pm) but the waiter checked on us often and we savored the Appetizer in the meantime. When our Mixed Grill came to our table, it was huge! It says for 4 people but it really feeds 5 or 6 depending on how hungry you are. Everything was very tender. By the end, our stomachs were very full to have dessert but they were brought out for us to see on a cart. We'll try to save room next time! The price point wasn't bad. Our bill was about $30/person for everything- drink, appetizer, and dinner.
