I am so grateful to have been referred to Moreau Plumbing by a relative. Our family had a plumbing emergency during a very difficult personal time. My initial call was answered by Mrs. Moreau; she could not have been more receptive and compassionate.
Mark Sr. and Mark Jr. arrived at our house after a particularly grueling day on the job. Absolutely no complaints, however. They were obliged to spend considerable time with us to solve several related problems. Some of the work required being done outside during a cold, dark night. Their willingness to assure that all was done to their complete satisfaction made a tremendous impression on me.
We’ve all heard of, and experienced, less-than-ideal outcomes with tradesmen. Please know this is not the case with the Moreau family. Their previous excellent reviews posted here are extremely well-deserved. I hope not to have further plumbing issues, but when I inevitably do, my only call will be to Moreau Plumbing. For all reading this: I would strongly urge you to do likewise.

Always return your calls and take time to explain what needs to be change and need not to be change. They understand from a landlord's point of view needs to save money and still get things running.

Mark Moreau and his son are the two best plumbers and HVAC guys around. Every single time I have used them, they fix the issue immediately, and more importantly, it stays fixed! Every time I have used other plumbers or HVAC contractors, it ends in disaster. I always end up calling in the Moreau boys to fix their mistakes. I will never use anyone else!

I called this morning because I live in Cobleskill and have not been able to get a local plumber here to return my calls. I have a toilet that is running and leaking from my 2nd floor to my basement and my basement is flooded as well. The woman I spoke to.was extremely helpful. She gave me the name of several companies that might be able to help. She even said if no one would come here to call her back and she.would see what else she could do. I appreciate it very much.
