Platteville A&W

Went through drive-through. The order wasn't completely right. We went inside, and the manager on duty was absolutely amazing. She got the order corrected as quickly as she could and apologized. Was a great experience and will be returning.

Stop in to try the Cod Pub Style basket. We add a 21 pc. Shrimp basket to go along with it. Really good fish. Flaky breaded cod not your typical fast food fish plus I added cheese curds with my basket. Want to do the 99 cent mini polar swirl but I was way too full.

Friendly staff, clean store, awesome Root beer! and the double bacon cheeseburger & fries were hot & fresh, made to order. Wonderful experience, will be back again.

While running errands I stopped at A&W here in Platteville for lunch. This is my first time of continuing returns to this location. Workers were very polite and helpful with the menu options, kept busy and did not see anyone just standing around. Resturant and bathrooms were clean. Food was great!

A&W has some good burgers and fries, and friends employees, but I thought it could have been cleaner

Always good food but sometimes it has a long wait time.

I got the three-piece chicken tender delicious and a shake but The shake was more of soft serve ice cream with topping than a shake as was to thick to really drink.
Must be a reason they are still looking for help Like nobody wants to work for State theaters at it's A&W locations

Very friendly. They offer gluten free buns for 1 dollar more. Please was clean. I didn't have any reaction. Had coleslaw instead of fries (shared fryer) very nice size. Even enjoyed a rootbeer float in a frosty mug.

Wow!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Yummy!!! I LOVE this place!!! From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience!!!! I have had issues at other A&W restaurants when I would ask for extra mustard and onions on my hotdog. They seemed to think I wasn't serious. Not here though. They did it just as I asked. The staff was friendly and we got through the drive thru line fast. Last but not least, we got some cones. I didn't know they had the flavor Black Raspberry. I don't have the words to describe what happened as I got my first taste. I just know one second I'm lickimy my cone the next second the song I Love The Flower Girl are playing in my head. That part in the song "And I knew, I knew, I knew, I knew. She had made me happy, happy, happy. ".

The staff are always friendly and professional. Even on large orders with special requests, I've never had a messed up order. Quality food at very reasonable prices!

The root beer is amazing as always! The bacon on the burger was also very delicious

We like to get food to go from here a couple times a month, our order is always correct and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to everyone and I will continue to come here.

Looks like all the startup issues have been resolved! I was surprised to see so many negative reviews because we had excellent food and service! Order when you walk in, fill your frosted mugs and sit down; they'll bring your food to you. Frosted glass mugs for your soda so you don't need ice makes everything taste great. Best root beer in town.
