Did a pickup at the Platteville Menards. The associate, Hunter, was friendly and helpful. He double checked my order and guided me where to pick up lumber. Nice, well organized and labeled items are easy to find in lumber building. Although I did need to go into the store to get my PVC pipe. (It was not outside by the other pipes)

I want to give a huge shout out to your employee Mason, who assisted me in placing a special order for a door, and also in helping me find a couple other things.
He was patient, kind, and so helpful.
He answered every one of my questions, and never once made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time.
When we were finished, he said "I hope you have a good rest of your day."
What a doll.
I know working for the public can be a very HARD job at times. Many times it shows on a lot of employees faces, and I don't blame them one bit.

Bought some sandpaper, with the black grit.that doesn't plug up as bad. Works well for me.

We’ve had excellent service and help from Chris in the flooring dept. He has taken the time to explain tips and tricks with our project. I really prefer this Menards over the other local one.

I showed up 5 minutes to closing to get river rock for a large fish tank set up. I had my 8 month old baby plus my 2 other kids. The staff were very quick in helping me find the river rock and loaded it on a cart, they took to the register and then loaded it in my car. Not one of the staff ever had any issue with the fact that I walked in right before they were set to close. Amazing crew!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just had a group of very helpful employees of Menards manage to get over fifty wood fence posts (2500lbs plus) into my marginally able truck and trailer. To do it right they even took two front end loaders and worked in tandem to get the posts over the aluminum wheel covers on the trailer! I have a photo of their skill. They also noted my trailer tires were low, something I forgot to address after a winter in the shed. The load made it home safely on a drive over an hour, after a gas station air stop! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Menards in Platteville is my favorite store. You can find everything you need there as far as home improvement. They have some very good sales and low prices. The staff there is excellent. The people working out in the yard and warehouses always help you find what you ordered and help load it up very friendly

Staff was helpful.didnt need much.They need to greet there customers,an ask if they need help. If your customer is more relaxed and feels they're appreciated. They will spend more money in your store.

Fantastic, from the stone to the wood, all the way back to the PVC pipe. The greatest part was the man who walked up to my friends and said that we should make a potato gun out of the massive PVC pipe.

Easy to find every thing. I go to either the Platteville, WI., or Freeport, IL., Menards and can go to what I need as the lay-out for both stores are exactly the same. I love that. 1 store, 2 different cities, but the exact same lay-out.
